Prontamente trocou-me por outro e ainda ofereceu um desconto (pq o segundo era mais caro) bem como me agraciou com um outro item que precisava. Nunca vi uma loja ter tanta consideraçaõ e confiança pelo cliente (e, sim, fui bem sincero nos problemas que apareceram no profduto que troquei)! Vale comprar nesta loja! Que outras sigam este exemplo!
