Depois de passar por mais de 6 odontos, onde não conseguir fazer nenhum procedimento de restauração em minha filha que tem 1 ano e 8 meses... Já havia perdido a esperança, pois os demais onde diziam fazer, era super caro, e graças a Deus achei dr. Vivian pelo convênio e q acima de tudo fez um trabalho espetacular!!
Deixo aqui registrado a minha gratidão pelo ótimo trabalho feito, excelente profissional, muito obrigada!

After going through more than 6 sets where I can not do any restoration procedure on my daughter who is 1 year and 8 months old ... I had already lost hope, because the others where they said they were doing, it was super expensive, and thanks to God I found dr. Vivian by the agreement and q above all else did a spectacular job !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provavelmente a dona do consultório não deva saber. Mas o atendimento via watts está péssimo. Mandei uma msg pela manhã, esperei o dia todo e não me respondam. Implorando para ter um retorno, mesmo depois de visualização.
Probably the owner of the office shouldn't know. But the service via watts is terrible. I sent a msg in the morning, waited all day and didn't reply. Begging to have a comeback even after viewing.

Mas a partir daí vieram as decepções. Primeiro por motivos óbvios que já foram relatados aqui. Atendimento via whatsapp é pura falta de respeito com o paciente. Eu jamais indicaria o serviço se tivesse que passar pela triagem via Whatsapp. Já o segundo motivo, o que me fez vir até aqui escrever esse comentário, é que infelizmente ou felizmente, minha segunda consulta não aconteceu. Depois da dificuldade de marcar o retorno, fui de forma repentina remarcado, remarcado e remarcado, com a seguinte "justificativa": "Olá, boa Tarde! Sou a J***, Tudo bem? Passando para informar que a consulta que estava agendada com a Dra P*** no dia 22/09 as 10:00, foi remarcada para o dia 05/10 as 10:30".até desistir dos atendimentos deles. Essa informação não é depreciação. É Importante que se tenha mais responsabilidade para com seus pacientes que, na maioria dos casos utilizam os seus intervalos da jornada de trabalho para cuidar de uma parte importante da saúde e acaba dando de cara com esse tipo de consultório. Uma pena!

I would never recommend the service if I had to go through the triage via Whatsapp. The second reason, what made me come here to write this comment, is that unfortunately or fortunately, my second appointment did not happen. After the difficulty of making an appointment, I was suddenly rescheduled, rescheduled and rescheduled, with the following "justification": "Hello, good afternoon! I'm J***, how are you? Moving on to inform you that the appointment was scheduled with Dr P*** on 09/22 at 10:00 am, it was rescheduled for 10/05 at 10:30 am. until she gave up their appointments. This information is not depreciation. It is important to have more responsibility for their patients who, in most cases, use their work breaks to take care of an important part of their health and end up bumping into this type of office. A feather!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito arrependida em ter iniciado o tratamento ortodôntico da minha filha nessa clínica, que, por sinal, não tem a menor atenção e respeito com os pacientes! Por duas vezes, milha filha (9 anos) esteve em situação de emergência ortodôntica e ninguém quis atendê-la antes da próxima manutenção (nem mesmo pagando)!!! Na primeira emergência, chegamos a ir até a clínica e a proprietária não nos atendeu (mesmo estando presente). Na segunda vez, mesmo com a própria dentista responsável pelo atendimento da minha filha estando na clínica, se recusou a atender a emergência pq “a agenda estava fechada”…depois de mto insistir e de falar com a dona da clínica, me ligaram falando q poderia ir à clínica…qdo chegamos lá, sem q eu dissesse nada a respeito do péssimo atendimento, a dentista me afrontou na frente da minha filha, dizendo q ela não tinha nada demais (embora reclamasse de dor!)…foi tão constrangedor q minha filha começou a chorar ao me ver sendo tratada daquela maneira! SURREAL e, no mínimo, DESUMANO!!!

Twice, my daughter (9 years old) was in an orthodontic emergency situation and no one wanted to attend to her before the next maintenance (not even paying)!!! In the first emergency, we even went to the clinic and the owner did not attend to us (even though she was present). The second time, even with the dentist responsible for my daughter's care being at the clinic, she refused to attend the emergency because "the agenda was closed"... after insisting a lot and talking to the owner of the clinic, they called me saying that I could go to the clinic…when we got there, without me saying anything about the bad service, the dentist confronted me in front of my daughter, saying that she had nothing wrong (although she complained of pain!)…it was so embarrassing that my daughter started crying when she saw me being treated like that! SURREAL and, to say the least, INHUMAN!!!
