★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei um plano vivo empresa,com cinco linhas telefônicas,porém a portabilidade só foi aceita em três linhas,uma linha já era da operadora vivo e não precisaria fazer a portabilidade mas a portabilidade foi feita,e com isso acabei perdendo o numero desta linha,a ultima linha era da operadora oi,a operadora oi não autorizou a portabilidade para a vivo,acabei ficando com está linha que está sendo cobrada no boleto todo mês(ou seja estou pagando por uma linha que não está sendo utilizada)a executiva de vendas Renata Júnia ficou de resolver a questão desta linha,o ultimo contato que tive com ela foi no dia 15/03/2021 e até a data de hoje estou aguardando uma uma posição a respeito desta linha,sem contar a internet que trava toda hora.
Entramos em contato novamente com a consultora Renata no dia 17/09/21 e foi sem sucesso,pois questionei sobre a portabilidade que não foi aceita ;e a linha que não está sendo utilizada, e é cobrada no boleto todo mês.
I contracted a company vivo plan, with five phone lines, but portability was only accepted on three lines, one line was already from vivo operator and I didn't need to do portability but portability was done, and with that I ended up losing the number of this line, the last line was from the hi operator, the hi operator did not authorize portability to vivo, I ended up with this line that is being billed every month (that is, I am paying for a line that is not being used) the sales executive Renata Júnia was responsible for solving the issue of this line, the last contact I had with her was on 03/15/2021 and until today's date I'm waiting for a position on this line, not to mention the internet that crashes all the time.
We contacted the consultant Renata again on 17/09/21 and it was unsuccessful, as I asked about portability, which was not accepted; and the line that is not being used, and is billed in the bank slip every month.
