★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal bem ágil. Uma pena que iniciei o pedido de portabilidade ligando direto pra vivo, se tivesse ido até a loja teria sido mais rápido. Fica minha recomendação, vá até a loja física primeiro pra ver se conseguem resolver seu problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triste toda minha curta relação com a Vivo, desde o dia que solicitei portabilidade para a mesma até o 48º dia depois sem efetivação do processo. Ainda por cima o atendimento hostil desta loja própria do Shopping Estação que desanima ainda mais.
Sad all my short relationship with Vivo, from the day I requested portability to the same until the 48th day after without effecting the process. On top of that, the hostile service of this store in Shopping Estação is even more discouraging.
