★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estão me cobrando uma fatura que não existe. No dia 21 de dezembro de 2021 a Vivo fez contato comigo e estava cancelando a minha internet pois, segundo a Sra Tatiane do financeiro, não estavam mais fazendo serviços no meu condomínio. Fato que não é verdade. Então, a empresa me comunicou que estavam cancelando os meus serviços, tendo somente como despesa a fatura de Janeiro de 2022 proporcional, paguei a referida fatura, que por sinal veio cheia (e não proporcional). Protocolo: 20218448408346.
Já tentei contato via telefone e em uma das chamadas fiquei mais de 1hora esperando e não me atenderam. Hoje tentei novamente e nada. Perco o dia de trabalho.
Pensei que esta empresa era séria, mas não oferece a devida atenção aos seus clientes. Fiz reclamação no Reclame aqui e a empresa nem responde, aliás, não responde a ninguém.

They are charging me an invoice that does not exist. On December 21, 2021, Vivo contacted me and was canceling my internet because, according to Ms. Tatiane from finance, they were no longer doing services in my condominium. Fact that is not true. Then, the company informed me that they were canceling my services, having only the proportional invoice of January 2022 as an expense, I paid that invoice, which by the way came full (and not proportional). Protocol: 20218448408346.
I've already tried to contact via phone and in one of the calls I was waiting more than 1 hour and they didn't answer me. Today I tried again and nothing. I miss the workday.
I thought this company was serious, but they don't give proper attention to their customers. I complained in Reclame here and the company doesn't even respond, in fact, it doesn't respond to anyone.
