★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Chegamos lá e a atendente nem olhou pra nossa cara. Mal educados, não respondem sequer um boa noite A comida demorou. A batata veio com gosto de frango no óleo. Cortamos a kafta ao meio e vimos que veio com cor de vermelho sangue, e o "queijo" que vem dentro, veio em uma quantidade minúscula e como se fosse uma pasta. É estranho dizer isso, mas a comida num sentido geral estava nojenta. Além da má vontade extrema dos atendentes. Todos tem dias ruins, mas o mínimo é educação. Não volto e não recomendo.
 Terrible! We got there and the attendant didn't even look at us. Rude, they don't even answer a good night The food took a while. The potato tasted like chicken in oil. We cut the kafta in half and saw that it came with a blood red color, and the "cheese" that comes inside, came in a tiny amount and like a paste. It's weird to say this, but the food in a general sense was disgusting. In addition to the extreme ill will of the attendants. Everyone has bad days, but the least is education. I won't be back and I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ontem , dia 05 de fevereiro com meu namorado. Chegamos por das 21h20 no Shopping Carioca. Fizemos o pedido e chegou até rápido, porém por volta de 21h50 a atendente foi até a mesa nos informando que iria fechar a cozinha e se queríamos pedir algo, informamos que não. E 22h10, a mesma voltou a nossa mesa com a conta fechada perguntando se poderia pagar logo para adiantar ao caixa que estava fechando, sendo que ainda tinha comida e bebida a mesa, pois ainda estávamos consumindo. Solicitamos que não pagariamos o 10%. E a mesma passou o cartão com o valor dos 10% e disse que esqueceu, porque já está tão automático, que esqueceu. Isso, pra mim, é má fé. Ela não esqueceu, ela agiu de forma incorreta. Ela não perguntou se queríamos a nossa via, ela passou e aí pedimos pra verificar o valor passado e estava lá o valor total incluido os 10%. Logo após, pedimos o valor de volta e aí provavelmente veio a caixa chamada Carla e fez o estorno. Mas, péssimo atendimento da atendente. ODIEI. NÃO VOLTAREMOS MAIS.
I went yesterday, February 5th with my boyfriend. We arrived around 9:20 pm at Shopping Carioca. We placed the order and it arrived quickly, but around 9:50 pm the attendant came to the table informing us that she would close the kitchen and if we wanted to order something, we said no. At 10:10 pm, she returned to our table with the account closed, asking if she could pay soon to advance the cashier that was closing, given that there was still food and drink on the table, as we were still consuming. We requested that we would not pay the 10%. And she swiped the card with the 10% value and said she forgot it, because it's already so automatic, she forgot. That, to me, is bad faith. She didn't forget, she acted incorrectly. She didn't ask if we wanted our way, she passed and then we asked to check the amount spent and there was the total amount including the 10%. Soon after, we asked for the amount back and then probably came the cashier named Carla and made the chargeback. But bad customer service. I hated it. WE WILL NOT COME BACK.

Primeira e última vez! Não voltamos nunca mais e não recomendamos!
Atendimento péssimo!
Parecia que estávamos pedindo favor!
Chopp quente e a caneca tinha acabado de ser lavada,sendo assim não tinha de zero grau!
Todos os atendentes sem exceção alguma mal humorados e sem nenhuma empatia ou algum tipo de receptividade ao cliente.
Ficavam cochichando pelos cantos a cada cliente que entrava e só tinham 4 mesas.
Um rapaz que usava uniforme branco mostrava algo no celular aos demais e enquanto isso os clientes tinham que ficar praticamente implorando atenção dos funcionários..
Pedi uma chapa e não tinha carne suína ,perguntei se poderia substituir e o atendente respondeu um ríspido e seco "nem pensar"
Pedimos uma original de 600 e ao servir nem uma licença pediu pra servir e meu marido nem queria e ele encheu os dois copos e deu as costas
Ao solicitarmos a conta foi o único momento em que ele foi pró ativo...fora isso todo o serviço foi totalmente frustrante!
Nunca mais!

I went with my husband around 20:30, we went yesterday 01/19/22, we passed and it was empty, as I wanted to meet him he took me.
First and last time! We will never go back and do not recommend it!
Terrible service!
It felt like we were asking for a favor!
Hot beer and the mug had just been washed, so it didn't have zero degrees!
All the attendants, without exception, were in a bad mood and without any empathy or any kind of receptivity to the customer.
They were whispering in the corners to each customer that came in and they only had 4 tables.
A young man in a white uniform showed something on his cell phone to others and meanwhile customers had to practically beg for attention from employees.
I asked for a grill and there was no pork, I asked if I could replace it and the attendant replied a harsh and dry "no way"
We ordered an original of 600 and when serving not even a license asked to serve and my husband didn't even want it and he filled both glasses and turned his back
When we asked for the account it was the only time he was proactive...other than that the whole service was totally frustrating!
Never!
Money totally thrown in the trash!
