★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei decepcionado com a hospedagem. Funcionários atenciosos em sua maioria, o quarto em si (da ala nova) é bom, hotel limpo no geral. Porém, um dos destaques dos hotéis do Sul de Minas é o café da manhã - você espera uma mesa farta, com várias opções. Não foi o caso deste hotel. A qualidade do pó de café não era boa e as opções de comida bem restritas, ao ponto de se ter apenas um doce: geleia de goiaba... O mais inacreditável mesmo era o queijo prato, que era processado, daqueles que se compra em bandejas de isopor. Acabei antecipando a minha saída em um dia, mas pelas regras do Booking eu tive que pagar pelo dia extra que não fiquei. Poderiam ter me oferecido um crédito para uma nova hospedagem, mas não o fizeram - afinal de contas, eu estava desocupando um quarto que, provavelmente, seria ocupado mais tarde, e o hotel ganhou duplamente. Não me conquistou, não recomendo.
 I was disappointed with the accommodation. Most attentive staff, the room itself (in the new wing) is good, clean hotel in general. However, one of the highlights of the hotels in the South of Minas is the breakfast - you expect a hearty table, with several options. This was not the case for this hotel. The quality of the ground coffee was not good and the food options were very limited, to the point of having only one sweet: guava jelly... The most unbelievable thing was the processed cheese, the kind you buy in styrofoam trays. I ended up anticipating my departure by one day, but by Booking rules I had to pay for the extra day I didn't stay. They could have offered me a credit for a new stay, but they didn't - after all, I was vacating a room that was likely to be occupied later, and the hotel won doubly so. It didn't win me over, I don't recommend it.
