O suporte ao cliente é o pior possível, minha internet estava sem conexão, ligamos pro suporte e falaram que iam mandar um técnico, esperamos mais de 1 semana, não podemos ligar porque só recebem mensagem no whatsapp e ainda assim demoram muito pra responder, depois que o técnico veio aqui, voltamos a ter o mesmo problema 2 dias depois.
Estamos tentando entrar em contato mais uma vez, mas estamos com o mesmo problema...
É isso, volto a dizer NÃO RECOMENDO
 I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
Customer support is the worst possible, my internet was disconnected, we called support and said they were going to send a technician, we waited more than 1 week, we can't call because they only receive messages on whatsapp and still take too long to answer, afterwards the technician came here, we had the same problem 2 days later.
We are trying to contact you again, but we are having the same problem ...
That's it, I say again I DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, é o PIOR serviço de internet que já utilizei em toda minha vida. Assinei um plano de 25mb, mas o mesmo não entrega nem 10mb. Sem contar nas oscilações que são uma constante. Impossível de utilizar, oscila tanto que as vezes não bate nem 1mb.
Suporte totalmente despreparado, só faz desligar e ligar o roteador. Informam que possuem falha na minha localidade, mas faz 3 meses que uso e mesmo assim ninguém do suporte sabe dar uma posição sobre reparos ou solução. Volto a dizer, ESTE É O PIOR SERVIÇO DE INTERNET QUE JÁ UTILIZEI EM MINHA VIDA. Em alguns momentos consegue ser pior que uma internet discada ou uma conexão 2G. Só me rendeu stresse e perda de tempo/dinheiro. Obs. Avaliando com 1 estrela porquê não é possível menos que isto.
Honestly, it's the WORST internet service I've ever used in my life. I signed a 25mb plan, but it doesn't even deliver 10mb. Not to mention the oscillations that are a constant. Impossible to use, it oscillates so much that sometimes it doesn't even hit 1mb.
Fully unprepared support, just power off and on the router. They report that they have failed in my location, but I have been using them for 3 months and yet no one in support knows how to give a position on repairs or solution. Again, THIS IS THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE. Sometimes it can be worse than a dial-up internet or a 2G connection. It only gave me stress and a waste of time / money. Note Evaluating with 1 star why is not possible less than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente horrível, o Wi-fi não funciona, e quando está conectado a o cabo ele somente abre youtube, não recomendo, sem contar que o numero para suporte não recebe ligações é o numero do whatsapp não e funcional.
Simply horrible, the Wi-fi doesn't work, and when it's connected to the cable it only opens youtube, I don't recommend it, not to mention that the number for support doesn't receive calls is the number of whatsapp is not functional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vc demora 30min para assistir um vídeo de 10, até pra carregar algo no Instagram é difícil. Usei apenas por 30 dias e já vou cancelar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc tiver oportunidade de pagar mais caro, aconselho que paguem e coloque outra operadora de Internet, pq essa voe é a pior q já usei, vive caindo, estou a uma semana sem acesso, e quando falamos eles mandam mensagens prontas, parece q só um robô tá lá, péssimo atendimento!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma opção menos cara para quem não pode pagar uma internet melhor, mas ainda assim pode ser aquele "barato que sai caro" a depender do quanto a gente depende pessoalmente e/ou profissionalmente do uso da internet. Às vezes, chove um tiquinho ou sequer chove e a internet cai e demora muito a voltar. Nesses casos, é raro a empresa responder pelo canal de atendimento para dar alguma satisfação ou previsão de retorno.
It is a less expensive option for those who cannot afford a better internet, but it can still be that "cheap that is expensive" depending on how much we depend personally and/or professionally on the use of the internet. Sometimes it rains a little bit or it doesn't even rain and the internet goes down and it takes a long time to come back. "O Famoso barato Sai Caro" preço muito bom acessivel mas infelizmente não atendem bem.
Bad Internet Service, Anything already Falls, Rains Falls, WEEKEND is 90 % Sure to fall, I spent some complete weekend without internet,
"The Famous Cheap Sai Caro" very good affordable price but unfortunately they don't serve well.
