★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demoram demais para marcação de aulas, instrutores de carros até que bons, instrutor de moto horrível, só ensina no começo e depois não acompanha mais o aluno...
Ficam parando para abastecer, para ir em casa na hora das aulas e só querem arrancar dinheiro de vocês, no fim, demorei 6 meses para tirar de carro e tentei tirar a de moto em 3 meses e meio, perdi muito tempo atoa e estou decepcionado com a auto escola.
Só porque é dono o cara elogia a auto escola, credo kk...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de fecharmos o contrato foi uma maravilha, nossa que lindo que foi quando eu paguei 2.300 para poder tirar a habilitação.... e lá se vai um ano depois disso,, até agora não fiz o exame de carro, " há, mais é por causa da pandemia", mentira já poderiam ter marcado meu exame, mas não,,, já faz um mês que terminei as aulas de carro, e esqueceram de marcar a data do exame, e quando marcaram, já não dava mais para fazer o exame, por que está tudo fechado de novo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma enrolação total , meu marido está tentando tirar a carta desde março do ano passado. Pagou a carta em Março de 2020. Veio a pandemia até ai tudo bem , porém quando retornaram as atividades foi uma enrolação desde às aulas teoricas até as práticas. Fez a prova de moto , O instrutor dizendo que tinha ido super bem , o Detran foi lá e o reprovou. Depois disso esperou quase um mês para marcarem a prova de carro.
Marcaram para o dia 19 de março, ficaram sabendo que tudo iria fechar não tiveram a capacidade de antecipar a prova dele.
Agora vai ter que esperar até dia 20 para ver se consegue fazer a prova , Pq nem se quer o avisaram.
Acho um absurdo tamanha falta de respeito, 2300 reais não se acha no lixo não.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços absurdos (remarcação de prova, aulas a mais, etc), quando vc paga o combo da carta no começo o preço parece bom, no entanto, uma vez estando ja dentro da auto escola os preços te consomem (estratégia perfeita).
A demora absurda (2 meses) pra remarcarem/marcarem a prova prática pra vc ser obrigado a pagar mais aulas antes da prova pra rever o carro, e não adianta falar que é por conta da pandemia que não é, mudei de auto escola e a demora foi de 1 SEMANA pra eu fazer minha prova!!!
Tive uma péssima instrutora, parece que foi instruída a me ensinar coisinhas erradas para me ferrar na prova e fazer eles ganharem mais dinheiro (como nas aulas eu não parava no pare e ela não me falava nada, NUNCA me fez arrumar o retrovisor da direita, só ela usava, nunca me ensinou, em uma curva vc não pode passar comendo a faixa de divisão e eu sempre fazia isso e ela falava que tava certo, e por fim, passar na lombada sem parar como critério geral). Eu só fui descobrir todos os erros COM MEU PAI antes da prova, que situação!!
O instrutor muitas vezes sai uns minutos depois de colocar a digital e volta 15 min antes de acabar a aula (isso é um dos piores apontamentos e uma vez minha instrutura voltou 20 MIN ANTES porque queria ir ao banheiro. Muitas vezes também ela ia pegar cartão com irmã dela, passar na padaria, etc, TUDO EM HORÁRIO DE AULA).
Fora todos os outros detalhes absurdos como o péssimo atendimento dos funcionários que muitas vezes foram ignorantes e me cobrarem pagamento que eu já havia pagado, ou seja, falta de organização também, e nesse dia, inclusive O DONO dessa autoescola veio querer discutir comigo, UM ABSURDO.
Eu reprovei por essa auto escola 2 vezes. Depois da segunda eu transferi para outra escola e olha que coisa, com apenas 4 aulas (60% mais barato na remarcação e nas aulas) eu passei direito na prova.
Muito obrigada por levarem meu dinheiro embora. Que vcs revejam seus princípios auto escola Volante.

I had a bad instructor, it seems she was instructed to teach me the wrong things to screw me on the test and make them earn more money (as in classes I didn't stop at the stop and she didn't say anything to me, she NEVER made me fix the right mirror, only she used it, she never taught me, in a curve you can't pass eating the division strip and I always did that and she said it was right, and finally, pass the spine without stopping as a general criterion). I just went to find out all the mistakes WITH MY FATHER before the test, what a situation!!
The instructor often leaves a few minutes after putting the fingerprint on and comes back 15 min before the end of the class (this is one of the worst notes and once my instructor came back 20 MIN BEFORE because she wanted to go to the bathroom. Often she would also get a card with her sister, stop by the bakery, etc, ALL DURING CLASSTIME).
Apart from all the other absurd details such as the poor service of the employees who were often ignorant and charged me for payment that I had already paid, that is, lack of organization too, and on that day, even THE OWNER of this driving school came to discuss with me, UM ABSURD.
I failed this driving school twice. After the second I transferred to another school and hey, with only 4 classes (60% cheaper in rescheduling and classes) I passed the test.
