★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volkswagen do Brasil, sem dúvida, um produto que vale o que se paga, pena que o Brasil cobra altas taxas de impostos, tornando o produto final muito caro, ou caríssimo. Mas ainda acredito que teremos um futuro ainda melhor, com preços bem mais baixos que os praticados hoje e também muito mais oportunidades de emprego à este povo tão trabalhador e sofrido. Agora voltando a falar do produto (carro) é sem dúvida um dos mais seguros do mundo, pois essa é a política da empresa em todas as suas unidades, afinal Alemães prezam muito o item segurança...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a um mês e meio com meu carro parado e sem previsão de arrumar, por conta que a "Das Auto" não tem as peças pro meu carro. Abri uma reclamaçao, eles fizeram um protocolo no qual me informaram que me responderiam em 7 dias uteis, ja se passaram duas semanas e não tive retorno, uma vergonha! Fiz uma cirurgia, não consigo ir nos retornos com meu carro, estou com dificuldades de locomoção e a VW Brasil não se pronuncia... se está sem peças pro meu carro o minimo era me deixar com um carro da empresa até conseguirem minhas peças já que não tem nem previsão. Estou entrando no pequenas causas e enviando uma reclamação para Alemanha.
I've had my car stopped for a month and a half and I don't expect to fix it, because "Das Auto" doesn't have the parts for my car. I filed a complaint, they made a protocol in which they informed me that they would answer me in 7 working days, it's been two weeks and I have not had a return, a shame! I had surgery, I can't go to the returns with my car, I'm having mobility difficulties and VW Brasil doesn't speak up... if I don't have parts for my car, the minimum would be to leave me with a company car until they get my parts already that doesn't even have foresight. I'm getting into small claims and submitting a complaint to Germany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai trabalhou 18 anos nesta empresa. Tem história. E da boa. Dos veículos sempre gostei (sei que não são perfeitos), tenho um carro desta marca até hoje. Triste pela situação que a industria está passando (industria mundial) e torcendo pela recuperação. Saúde à todos/todas nós.
My father worked for 18 years in this company. It has history. And good. I always liked the vehicles (I know they are not perfect), I still have a car of this brand. Sad for the situation that the industry is going through (world industry) and hoping for recovery. Cheers to all/all of us.
