★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima entrei na loja para comprar uma válvula da ponta das mangueiras do meu poço, eles não comercializam, pedi para que fizessem apenas um teste na minha bomba já que eu ia trocar a válvula das mangueiras, me desmontaram a bomba me fizeram um orçamento de 500 qdo recusei a fazer o serviço disseram que iam levar 15 dias para montar minha bomba para devolver, isso para tentar me forçar a fazer o serviço, papel ridículo fui até a loja disse que isso era um papel de bandido e dono loja todo ofendido pediu a seu funcionário para jogarem minha bomba desmontada no chão!!
Vindo do dono como vamos ter um bom atendimento se o espelho é ruim!!
I went to the store to buy a valve on the end of the hoses in my well, they don't sell it, I asked them to do just a test on my pump since I was going to change the valve on the hoses, they took the pump apart and made me a budget of 500 When I refused to do the job, they said it would take 15 days to set up my pump to return it, to try to force myself to do the job, ridiculous role I went to the store and said that this was a role for a bandit and the owner of the shop was very offended your employee to throw my bomb dismantled on the floor !!
Coming from the owner as we will have a good service if the mirror is bad !!

Apresentei um problema de um equipamento que estava em garantia e a conversa foi direcionada para problema de utilização, causada pela instalação sem opções para resolver o problema de forma que atendesse os dois lados. Resumindo, tive que sair da loja com equipamento danificado e buscar outro fornecedor para resolver meu problema. Obs.: Quando paguei o reparo (a vista) fui muito bem atendido. Relação cliente fornecedor péssima.
Disappointment! I presented a problem with an equipment that was under warranty and the conversation was directed to the use problem, caused by the installation without options to solve the problem in a way that would serve both sides. In short, I had to leave the store with damaged equipment and look for another supplier to solve my problem. Note: When I paid for the repair (in cash) I was very well attended. Terrible customer supplier relationship.
