★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, desinteresse total desde a recepcionista que veio fazendo unhas para me atender , até o vendedor que não mostrou interesse nenhum em vender , não explicou nada sobre o veículo, não quis fazer avaliação do meu veículo( deu um valor sem nem ver o veículo) , enfim péssimo. Só não dou uma estrela por causa do carro que aparentemente é bom.
 Terrible service, total lack of interest from the receptionist who came doing nails to meet me, to the salesperson who showed no interest in selling, didn't explain anything about the vehicle, didn't want to evaluate my vehicle (he gave a value without even seeing the vehicle ), in short, bad. The only reason I don't give it a star is because of the car that looks good.

É simplista dizer que a qualidade do atendimento é diretamente proporcional ao preço pago, porque eu nao paguei um real para ser muito bem atendido por profissionais atenciosos que fizeram um excelente trabalho sem pressa nenhuma. Campinas precisa de mais profissionais com esse nível de conhecimento e comprometidos com o trabalho como vi nesta concessionária. Estão de parabéns.
I have never been treated so well at a dealership.
It is simplistic to say that the quality of service is directly proportional to the price paid, because I didn't pay a dollar to be very well attended by attentive professionals who did an excellent job without any rush. Campinas needs more professionals with this level of knowledge and committed to the work as I saw in this dealership. They are to be congratulated.
