★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa , já trocaram 3 modem além de mais de 20 solicitações, cliente com 8 meses , tentei cancelar e cobraram multa absurda , não dão desconto conforme norma da Anatel (quando o serviço e interrompido. Me arrependo de ter saído da G6. Vou abrir reclamação no reclameaqui e denuncia na Anatel. Não aguento mais
Terrible company, they already changed 3 modems in addition to more than 20 requests, customer with 8 months, I tried to cancel and charged an absurd fine, they don't give a discount according to Anatel's norm (when the service is interrupted.
