★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no dia 17/10 após chegar do serviço de madrugada pois sou motorista e sempre chego tarde em casa, era por volta das 00:30 horas, a pessoa que estava anotando o pedido demorou demais pra fechar o pedido, o pedido demorou além do prazo estabelecido e foi chegar já era mais de 2 horas sendo que quando informaram que havia saído foi dito que o entregador tinha somente três entregas pra fazer contando com a minha, só não cancelei antes pois já havia feito o pagamento via pix, quando chegou o pedido eu já havia dormido, minha esposa ficou esperando chegar e quando chegou horas atrasado o entregador disse que não localizava o endereço sendo que é uma casa de esquina de fácil localização, paguei caro pelos lanches, dormi sem comer e ainda veio frio. No dia seguinte mandam 32 mensagens no WhatsApp da minha esposa pedindo desculpas, porém o estrago já estava feito, não compro mais no local e faço questão de divulgar o péssimo atendimento prestado pelo estabelecimento. No dia seguinte mandaram mais 2 lanches na intenção de se desculpar porém como eu disse eu chego após as 00:00 e mandaram as 20 horas, quando cheguei do trabalho o lanche já estava frio e coloquei os dois para o cachorro que por incrível que pareça só comeu uma fatia de pão e não quis saber do restante. Resumindo, o atendimento é péssimo e o lanche nem cachorro quer comer.

The next day they send 32 messages to my wife's WhatsApp apologizing, but the damage was already done, I don't buy on the spot anymore and I insist on publicizing the terrible service provided by the establishment. The next day they sent 2 more snacks with the intention of apologizing but as I said I arrive after 00:00 and they sent at 20:00, when I got home from work the snack was already cold and I put both of them for the dog. he only ate a slice of bread and didn't care about the rest. In short, the service is terrible and the snack doesn't even want to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima experiência com este estabelecimento, fiz meu pedido depois das as 23h por WhatsApp, msm sabendo q os lanches de lá é "meia boca" pois me parece q são de produtos de qualidade inferior, mas como aqui em Guarulhos tudo para depois das 22h não me restou muitas opções, comunicando por whatsapp, o cara me parece q tinha preguiça de lê, pq tinha q ficar repetindo o q já tinha escrito, fiz o pedido de um combo, o cara finaliza o pedido sem me perguntar q tipo de bebida iria no combo, eu q tive q lembrar ele. Depois d 20 min disse q o meu lanche já tinha saido. Aguardei 20 min e resolvi entrar em contato pra saber pq o entregador estava demorando, falou q estava na frente do meu portão, mas como tem câmeras na frente da minha casa olhei e vi nada, informei q não estava lá, me mandou a foto do lugar ond o entregador estava e o cara foi para endereço errado, sendo q tinha passado o endereço certinho e todos sempre acertam. Pra minha surpresa, o atendente me informou q entregador iria voltar pq não iria conseguir entregar o meu pedido, fiquei sem entender, como q o entregado não sabe usar um GPS!!!! E simplesmente não iria, mais entregar o meu pedido e me bloqueou no WhatsApp. Total falta de comprometimento e respeito com o cliente, atendimento com má vontade e não sabem trabalhar! Nunca mais compro neste lugar nem q me dessem de graça! Fica ai a minha péssima experiência, espero q ninguém passe o q passei, não recomendo!
Bad experience with this establishment, I placed my order after 11pm via WhatsApp, even though I know that the snacks there are "half a mouthful" because they seem to me to be of inferior quality products, but as here in Guarulhos, everything stops after 10pm no I had a lot of options left, communicating by whatsapp, the guy seems to me that he was too lazy to read, because I had to keep repeating what I had already written, I ordered a combo, the guy finishes the order without asking me what kind of drink I would go for combo, I had to remember him. After 20 minutes I said my lunch was gone. I waited 20 minutes and decided to get in touch to find out why the delivery man was taking so long, he said he was in front of my gate, but as there are cameras in front of my house I looked and saw nothing, I informed him that he was not there, he sent me a photo of the place where the delivery man was and the guy went to the wrong address, and he had given the correct address and everyone always gets it right. To my surprise, the attendant informed me that the delivery man would come back because he wouldn't be able to deliver my order, I didn't understand, how the delivery man doesn't know how to use a GPS!!!! And it just wouldn't, but deliver my order and blocked me on WhatsApp. Total lack of commitment and respect for the customer, service with ill will and they don't know how to work! I will never buy from this place again, even if they give it to me for free! Here's my bad experience, I hope no one goes through what I went through, I don't recommend it!
