Porta veio empenada, demora na troca e além da falta de comprometimento com a qualidade, faltou honestidade, pois a porta trocada é de outra madeira metade do preço mais barata que o valor pago. Comprei uma porta de cedro asana e a porta da troca veio de tauari. Decepcionante a falta de profissionalismo. Estou farta de tentar negociar com a loja
Terrible experience! Não terão respeito por você nem pela sua solicitação e se você tiver a sorte de responderem seus questionamentos, eles deixam bem claro que estão fazendo um favor, sendo resolvido da forma que eles querem e quando quiserem (se conseguir resolver). Essa empresa não respeita seus clientes!
