★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi contratado a quantidade mínima para a entrega que são 7 jogos de mesas e cadeiras, entretanto só foi entregue 6 jogos, foi acordado a coleta do material na segunda-feira, a empresa não veio ao local e não deu satisfação, me ligaram na terça para fazer a coleta, agendamos para as 14h, sai do meu local de trabalho que fica a 7km da minha casa e fiquei aguardando alguém da empresa para fazer a coleta, não vieram, quando foi 16:22 me ligaram dizendo que estava na frente da minha casa me aguardando, disse que não estava em casa e foram muito mal educado dizendo que eu deveria ter esperado e que eles não conseguem vir no horário marcado pois sempre tem imprevistos....no dia seguinte a mesma coisa, quando foi hoje ( sábado) a empresa veio buscar e ainda quiserem me cobrar a mais pelo jogo de mesa que não foi entregue e ainda ficaram me criticando que eu deveria ter deixado a chave com um vizinho para que eles pudessem fazer a coleta na horário deles e não no horário acordado pois sempre tem imprevistos....
 The minimum quantity for delivery was contracted, which are 7 sets of tables and chairs, however only 6 sets were delivered, the collection of material was agreed on Monday, the company did not come to the site and was not satisfied, they called me on Tuesday to make the collection, we scheduled for 2:00 pm, I left my workplace which is 7km from my house and I was waiting for someone from the company to collect, they didn't come, when it was 4:22 pm they called me saying I was in front of my house waiting for me, I said I wasn't at home and they were very rude saying that I should have waited and that they can't come at the scheduled time because there are always unforeseen events... the next day the same thing, when it was today ( Saturday) the company came to pick me up and they still want to charge me extra for the table game that wasn't delivered and they still criticized me that I should have left the key with a neighbor so they could collect it at their time and not on time awake as always have unforeseen events....
