Apparently, the lack of service is the company's norm. I've been trying to get in touch for 3 weeks and no return form and phone number... They say the platform has everything but the service through the reviews is scary...

empresa continua insistindo em cobranças ate junho de 2022 e em nao realizar devoluçao dos valroes que foram pagos, aberto processo na ouvidoria, processod e cancelamento #13317316, mas o processo de nao tranaprencia continua mesmo eu sendo cliente whintor. tratamento frio sem um telefone ou contato da Vtex e connector. nao existe nada a reclamar do whintor, mas processo injusto fora das regras de compliance de uma empresa do porte da vtex. me causou mais de 50 mil de prejuizos e nunca recebi uma ligação que seja, alias nuca participaram do projeto. A ferramenta chamada conector, se que tem a capacidade de transmitir um xml. Sao obscuros na negociação comercial e negligentes no abandono do cliente. Estao insisitindo e realizar cobrança por mais meses de um serviço que nao foi implantado. Devolver o que paguei parece que somente jurudico.

company continues to insist on collections until June 2022 and on not returning the amounts that were paid, opened a process in the ombudsman, cancellation process #13317316, but the process of non-translation continues even though I am a whintor customer. cold treatment without a phone or Vtex contact and connector. there is nothing to complain about whintor, but an unfair process outside the compliance rules of a company the size of vtex. caused me more than 50 thousand damages and I never received a call whatsoever, in fact they never participated in the project. The tool called connector, if that has the ability to pass an xml. They are obscure in commercial negotiation and negligent in customer abandonment. They are insisting and charging for more months for a service that was not implemented. Returning what I paid seems like only legal.
