Uma tecla se soltou do meu notebook Acer. Fiz a consulta pelo whatsapp e fui super bem atendido pela Vitória. Mas precisei levar o note lá. Apesar da distância do meu bairro, foi o melhor que fiz. O Fernando em 10 min resolveu o problema e orientou da melhor maneira possível. Não me cobrou um único centavo pela consultoria e fez uma criança feliz. Retornaria com certeza num eventual problema. Recomendo!!! Boas festas!!!

A key came loose from my Acer notebook. I made the consultation through whatsapp and was very well attended by Vitória. But I had to take the note there. Despite the distance from my neighborhood, it was the best I did. In 10 minutes, Fernando solved the problem and guided him in the best way possible. He didn't charge me a single penny for consulting and he made a child happy. Would return for sure in any problem. I recommend!!! Happy Holidays!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso que fiquei receoso porque havia feito um serviço que, no passado, ficou muito caro...rs. Apesar disso, o notebook consertado dura até hoje (faz mais de 6 anos).
Assim, desta vez, mandei meu notebook para a Maxxi Jet e o serviço, que era uma formatação do HD porque estava muito lento e conserto da abertura da tela, foi péssimo!
Depois disso, comprei um SSD e minha esposa deixou na VWS para fazer o serviço. Além do serviço de troca do HD pelo SSD, Vladimir refez o serviço da abertura da tela sem custo. O computador voltou a rodar com uma velocidade muito boa e a tela ficou muito boa.
Falei para eles que virei cliente!
I confess that I was afraid because I had done a service that, in the past, was very expensive...lol. Despite this, the repaired notebook lasts until today (more than 6 years ago).
So, this time, I sent my notebook to Maxxi Jet and the service, which was a hard drive formatting because it was very slow and fixing the screen opening, was terrible!
After that I bought an SSD and my wife left it at VWS to do the work. In addition to the service of exchanging the HD for the SSD, Vladimir remade the service of opening the screen at no cost. The computer started running again with a very good speed and the screen was very good.
I told them that I became a customer!
