★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência terrível. Cobram por uma coisa e fazem outra. Não recomendo a ninguém. Não embalam nada . Deixam tudo por conta do contratante. O contrato foi feito por minha filha e genro e não no meu nome. Pq já vi que vocês têm por prática fazer uma resposta padrão, para as avaliações negativas, dizendo que não constam em seus cadastros os contratos.
Vocês falaram que tudo que havia dentro do apartamento seria colocado no caminhão. Mas não foi isso que aconteceu. Vcs não levaram vários bancos; vasos da varanda; prancha de surf; varal; tábua de passar roupa e várias outras coisas.
Terrible experience. They charge for one thing and do another. I don't recommend it to anyone. They don't pack anything. They leave everything to the contractor. The contract was made by my daughter and son-in-law and not in my name. Because I've already seen that you have the practice of making a standard response, for negative evaluations, saying that contracts are not included in your records.
You said that everything inside the apartment would be put in the truck. But that's not what happened. You didn't take several banks; balcony vases; surfboard; clothes line; ironing board and various other things.
