★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As cinco estrelas na avaliação vão graças a forma dinâmica, objetiva e descontraída do professor Mauro Loschiavo o curso além de agregar no conhecimento se torna prazeroso deixando o gosto do quero mais não por faltar conteúdo mas pela satisfação em participar da aula.
As estrelas na avaliação poderiam ser quatro pela questão do alojamento estar uns 95% somente por não ter o endereço certo para o delivery e nem cabide no banheiro para pendurar as peças de roupas no banho. Seria interessante números ou localizações de estabelecimento próximos principalmente do mercado.
 The five stars in the evaluation are thanks to the dynamic, objective and relaxed way of Professor Mauro Loschiavo, the course, in addition to adding knowledge, becomes pleasant, leaving the taste of wanting more not because of lack of content but for the satisfaction of participating in the class.
The stars in the evaluation could be four due to the fact that the accommodation is 95% only because it does not have the right address for delivery and no hanger in the bathroom to hang clothes in the shower. It would be interesting numbers or establishment locations close mainly to the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O curso é introdutório, até pq são 5 dias. Porém acho q foi muito bem pago. No curso vc já aprende a identificar e resolver alguns dos problemas mais frequentementes.O professor "Mauro Loschiavo" é fantástico, super educado,comunicativo,engraçado e Palmeirense....
The course is introductory, up to 5 days. But I think it was very well paid. In the course you learn to identify and solve some of the most frequent problems. The teacher "Mauro Loschiavo" is fantastic, super polite, communicative, funny and Palmeirense....

Apenas a prática poderia ser melhor tanto na didática de ensino na prática, como os equipamentos que a escola disponibiliza para o aluno aprender (celulares, notebook…)
Mas pra iniciantes o curso é bom. Recomendo!
I took the basic course for cell phone and tablet maintenance. The grade is good and the teacher's technical knowledge is top!
Only practice could be better both in teaching didactics in practice, as well as the equipment that the school makes available for the student to learn (cell phones, notebook...)
But for beginners the course is good. I recommend!

Entretanto, a estrutura da escola e o conteúdo precisam de mais atenção. Espaço físico pequeno onde as vezes fica difícil prestar atenção na parte teórica sem uma cadeira ficar apertando outro aluno. O conteúdo é vasto demais para o pouco tempo de aula, fazendo com que diversos assuntos sejam passados de forma rápida para cumprir o plano de aulas, acredito que deveríamos ter mais horas de aula para termos maior qualidade entre conteúdo e prática. A venda de equipamentos pela escola, quando recebemos os mesmos vem sem os lacres ou qualquer plástico de embalagem, parecendo produto seminovo. Entendo que é uma prática da escola testar antes de entregar para o cliente, porém o correto é abrir o produto zero na frente do cliente e testar. Mesmo com estes apontamentos a escola é boa! Os colaboradores são educados e prestativos!

However, the school structure and content need more attention. Small physical space where it is sometimes difficult to pay attention to the theoretical part without a chair squeezing another student. The content is too vast for the short class time, causing several subjects to be passed quickly to fulfill the lesson plan, I believe we should have more class hours to have better quality between content and practice. The sale of equipment by the school, when we receive them, comes without the seals or any plastic packaging, looking like a new product. I understand that it is a school practice to test before delivering to the customer, but the correct thing is to open the zero product in front of the customer and test. Even with these notes the school is good! Employees are polite and helpful!
