★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a pior experiência que tive em uma loja com pessoas totalmente antiéticas fui trocar uma lâmpada de ré queimada e tentaram me induzir a troca do sensor da caixa,para tentar tirar minha atenção mandaram um menino que aparenta ser menor de idade trocar meu filtro do ar condicionado depois de muito mexer nas lanternas trocaram a lâmpada queimada e queriame cobrar absurdo pedi pra que testassem com meu sensor o funcionário adentrou a loja alegando busca-lo e o quebrou para que não funcionasse,como já esperado não funcionou fui cobrado 25 reais ainda pq não quis trocar o sensor ainda fui maltratado por eles fui a uma autoeletrica pedi pra que fosse retirado e notei que estava recém quebrado voltei a loja os donos estavam lá,vendo a picaretagem que os seus funcionários fizeram a dona se prontificou a devolver meus 25 reais porém o dono parecia não se importar mostrando assim que esse tipo de prática parece ser de total conhecimento dele ,resumindo não recomendo pois são pessoas sem caráter
It was the worst experience I had in a store with totally unethical people. I changed a burnt-out reverse lamp and tried to induce me to change the sensor in the box, to try to get my attention, they sent a boy who appears to be a minor to change my air filter conditioning after a lot of moving the lanterns they changed the burnt lamp and wanted to charge me absurd I asked them to test it with my sensor the employee entered the store claiming to search for it and broke it so it wouldn't work, as expected it didn't work I was charged 25 reais yet because I didn't want to change the sensor I was mistreated by them I went to an auto shop I asked for it to be removed and I noticed it was recently broken I went back to the store the owners were there, seeing the pickaxe that their employees made the owner offered to return my 25 reais however, the owner did not seem to mind showing that this type of practice seems to be fully known to him, in short I do not recommend it because s not people without character
