★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente, tivemos um bom atendimento ao comprar box e espelhos, com o serviço já pago, a empresa se comportou de maneira anti profissional, não honrando o que foi acordado. Ao enviar um técnico e tirar as medidas cometeu erros e não entregou o serviço todo pronto conforme combinado, terei que procurar outra empresa para a fazer e instalar outros espelhos. Estou decepcionada com a conduta dessa empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chateada, comprei um espelho e um box e fui muito bem atendida, me deram garantia de 1 ano do espelho, porém em exatos 11 meses o espelho começou a descascar, entrei em contato e me informaram que isso era normal (oi?), Nem ao menos o senhor que me atendeu pediu para enviar uma foto para ver o que tinha ocorrido, simplesmente me disse que a loja deles era a melhor e nada poderiam fazer. Paguei caro em um espelho que diziam ser o melhor do mercado e colocaram um espelho inferior. Pedi para que a moça que me vendeu entrasse em contato para me explicar melhor e ele disse que talvez ela me ligaria. Pedi para que me informasse a marca do espelho colocado e me foi recusada a informação. Ou seja, eu comprei um espelho, questiono a marca e não posso saber? Tinha outros projetos de Corrimao e espelhos para casa, certa de que iria fechar com eles, porém após o ocorrido sem chance, perderam uma cliente que não só indicava eles como também iria realizar mais compras. Nunca mais.Problemas existem em todos os comércios, a questão é como o comerciante lida com isso, arrogância a queima qualquer estabelecimento.
