PS. NÃO CONSTA NO MENU. Péssimo atendimento pelo atendente é pior ainda pela proprietária. Pizza boa, mas pelo atendimento e cobrança, perdeu total credibilidade. Meninas 4 clientes.

Fiz um pedido direto a pizzaria e deram prazo de 45 a 50 minutos (normal), porém após 90 minutos liguei perguntando sobre a minha entrega e o atendente ficou de verificar e retornar....depois de 04 minutos o referido atendente (inclusive o mesmo que fez o meu pedido) ligou me dizendo que o pedido não havia sido repassado para a filial do bairro Lagoa Santa que seria responsável pelo atendimento. Marcelo favor se atentar e priorizar para a qualidade e atendimento da sua pizzaria. Sou cliente a mais de 40 anos e fiquei decepcionado pelo atendimento prestado por sua equipe
By far the best pizza in town and I've ever eaten in my life, it's always been part of my family for 40 years, but the service is disappointing. I made a direct order to the pizzeria and they gave a deadline of 45 to 50 minutes (normal), but after 90 minutes I called asking about my delivery and the attendant was to check and return.... after 04 minutes the said attendant (including the even though he made my order) called me saying that the order had not been forwarded to the Lagoa Santa branch that would be responsible for the service. Marcelo please pay attention and prioritize the quality and service of your pizzeria. I have been a customer for over 40 years and I was disappointed by the service provided by your team.

Todas as pizzas são boas, preparadas pelo chefe da casa, todas tem um toque no sabor que deixa até pizzas com ingredientes que não gostamos boas. Todos os funcionários atenciosos com o atendimento do cliente. Em meio a pandemia, algumas mesas poderiam ser mais distantes. Para as crianças, playground é muito simples, e não tem supervisão, portanto crianças muito pequenas não é aconselhável levar aos brinquedos.
Os valores das pizzas são compatíveis ao seus sabores, já que para se ter uma qualidade a mais, é necessário investir mais. É cobrado 10% dos gastos. Se você procura um lugar pra gastar pouco, não é recomendado pois até o gelo do copo, é cobrado. Se você está querendo qualidade, e está disposto a investir nessa qualidade, o local é perfeito.

All pizzas are good, prepared by the head of the house, all have a touch of flavor that even leaves pizzas with ingredients that we don't like good. All staff are attentive to customer service. Sou de BH e todas as vezes que vim em GV, sempre falam que é a melhor pizza da cidade, de fato é boa mas o preço é totalmente fora da realidade pela sua qualidade de massa. Todas as 3x que vim ao restaurante tivemos problemas com o atendimento, desde erros de pratos, drinks que demoram demais e quando chegam não trazem o canudo, refrigerantes que chegam depois de 20 minutos do solicitado, pratos salgados e etc. De fato os funcionários precisam ser melhor treinados e orientados, são muito lentos e não possuem iniciativa. Hoje foi a gota d'água, pedimos pizzas e varios drinks e um drink em específico, que ao experimentarmos era péssimo, intragável, informamos ao garçom e pedimos que se possível fosse trocado, ele disse que não poderia nem cancelar e nem trocar, no final tivemos que pagar por algo que nem bebemos!!! Um estabelecimento que faz isso, de fato não está preocupado com a experiência que o cliente terá no restaurante mas sim com seu lucro!!!
Good pizza but terrible service!!! I'm from BH and every time I came to GV, they always say it's the best pizza in town, it's actually good but the price is totally unrealistic for its quality of dough. All the 3 times I came to the restaurant we had problems with the service, from errors in the dishes, drinks that take too long and when they arrive they don't bring the straw, soft drinks that arrive after 20 minutes of what was requested, savory dishes and so on. In fact, employees need to be better trained and guided, they are very slow and lack initiative. Today was the last straw, we ordered pizzas and several drinks and a drink in particular, which when we tried it was terrible, inedible, we informed the waiter and asked that if possible it was changed, he said he could neither cancel nor change it, In the end we had to pay for something we didn't even drink!!! An establishment that does this, in fact, is not concerned with the experience that the customer will have at the restaurant, but with its profit!!!
