Entrego um trabalho de TCC para encadernar, não deu certo, aí tiram xerox do TCC pra tentar uma nova encardernacao, aí você olha seu trabalho faltando várias folhas, xerox toda desalinhada. Aí você questiona , aí falam que vão imprimir todo o trabalho novamente e encardenar novamente. Aí quando você pensa que tudo foi resolvido , não foi , ainda está falando páginas impressas para encardernar.
Conclusão fiquei uma hora na loja pra encardenar meu TCC três vezes , e ainda tem que conferir pra verificar se realmente não está torto ou faltando páginas ...
Terrible. I hand over a TCC job to bind, it didn't work, then they take a copy of the TCC to try a new binding, then you look at your work with several sheets missing, all of it misaligned. Then you question, then they say that they will print all the work again and embellish it again. Then when you think that everything has been resolved, it was not, you are still talking about printed pages to bind.
Conclusion I spent an hour in the store to enchant my CBT three times, and still have to check to see if it really isn't crooked or missing pages ...

Great service, with employees and owner of the store who are 1000 stars, but muuuuuuitttttoooo expensive. Very expensive indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, não recomendo pra ninguém. Se recusam a deixar os clientes usar o sanitário da loja, ainda tem a cara de pau de falar que não tem banheiro, os funcionários fazem as necessidades aonde? Em um pinico?
Terrible place, I don't recommend it to anyone. If they refuse to let customers use the store's toilet, they still have the nerve to say they don't have a bathroom, where do the employees relieve themselves? In a pot?
