â â â â â Como Ă© de se esperar, depois de muito tempo sem ir na Waltec, o pessoal lĂĄ , nĂŁo perdeu nadinha da experiĂȘncia em como consertar furadeiras, lixadeiras e todas as mĂĄquinas que dĂŁo assistĂȘncia tĂ©cnica e sĂŁo autorizadas pelas fĂĄbricas! Desempenham seus consertos com maestria, os prazos combinados para entrega dos serviços sĂŁo cumpridos, os orçamentos sĂŁo apresentados antes e os valores cobrados, estĂŁo dentro do preço real das peças e mĂŁo de obra, gastos no serviço. Sou cliente antigo e sempre indicarei a outros, seus serviços . . .

â â â â â Tive uma pĂ©ssima experiĂȘncia, mandei meu martelete pra lĂĄ ficou caro gastei dinheiro com concerto e frete para minha cidade duas vezes, sem contar que demorou um tempĂŁo para ele rever a garantia e eu sem confiar mais no trabalho mandei para uma terceira assistĂȘncia para eles testarem a mĂĄquina pra mim foi constatado que ele continuava platinando com o mesmo problema e que teria que trocar umas peças e que o valor ficaria em 167 ( CTEC) foi a outra assistĂȘncia autorizada que mandei, liguei pra ele tentei um acordo pedi pra ele pagar apenas esse valor, ele bateu no peito disse que estĂĄ no ramo a mais de 40 anos e que ia me devolver o valor integral, bem eu nĂŁo exigia isso, pois bem mandei o moto tĂĄxi pegar o dinheiro e deixar nĂŁo outra assistĂȘncia ele foi atĂ© a outra assistĂȘncia revoltado liguei pra ele ainda disse atĂ© em procurar um advogado, o cara estava erradĂssimo e ainda quiz me colocar como errado, pra mim foi a pior experiĂȘncia da minha vida, se eu ter que pagar essa diferença vai ficar o preço de comprar um martelete novo, sem contar que a primeira vez que liguei pra lĂĄ mandei uma serra corta mĂĄrmore mĂĄquita e uma furadeira e elas ficaram prontas primeiro e eu precisava muito delas como eu moro distante, o martelete e atĂ© mais caro que as duas pessoas juntas pedi pra ele se ele poderia entregar para o rapaz que foi buscar para mim que passou o horĂĄrio de 17:00 horas e eu nĂŁo conseguia mais transferir pois ele nĂŁo quis nĂŁo confiou em mim, sem contar que ele quer exigir mas a gente nĂŁo pode ter o mesmo direito, quem quizer saber toda histĂłria pode me ligar a qualquer momento, estou tentando um acordo mas se nĂŁo tiver vou ter que procurar meus direitos quem quiser me ligar (35)999203195 e a outra assistĂȘncia autorizada de que mandei foi a ctec Nunero ( 035 98853-2818)
