Só que, ao levar o veículo para conserto, declinei diversas falhas (precisamente quatro), mas apenas uma delas foi resolvida e ainda me cobraram R$ 450 reais. Achei alto o preço. Além do que o tempo para avaliação do problema muito alto: meu veículo chegou às 8:30h, liguei às 12:30h e ainda não tinham diagnosticado o problema. Apenas às 16h o Sr. Walter ligou para informar o defeito e que já tinha executado o serviço (mesmo sem autorização). Não recomendo.
I called Walter personally. It was cordial. Only, when taking the vehicle for repair, I declined several failures (precisely four), but only one of them was solved and I was still charged R $ 450 reais. I thought the price was high. In addition to the time for evaluating the problem very high: my vehicle arrived at 8:30 am, I called at 12:30 pm and they had not yet diagnosed the problem. Only at 4 pm Mr. Walter called to report the defect and that he had already performed the service (even without authorization). I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Mecânica. Sou cliente desde que me mudei para Aracaju há dez anos e o Walter sempre foi muito correto, sério e transparente. Diagnósticos são rápidos e precisos e o serviço ágil. Costuma estar cheio, afinal serviço bom tem procura, então é preciso agendar embora sempre que tive emergência, o Walter me atendeu de imediato. Além disso, a recepção com a simpática Juliana é ótima, e facilitam os pagamentos que também é outro diferencial. Não tenho nenhum reparo a fazer, sempre que posso indico a amigos.

Diagnostics are fast and accurate and the service agile. It is usually full, after all good service is in demand, so it is necessary to schedule it although whenever I had an emergency, Walter attended to me immediately. In addition, the reception with the friendly Juliana is great, and makes payments easier, which is also another differential. I don't have any repairs to make, whenever I can, I recommend it to friends.
