★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no dia do meu aniversário p mudar o visual e saí de lá com a raiz um pouco mais clara. Demorei quase uns 3 dias p lavar o cabelo e quando lvei vi se a raiz estava mais clara UE a ponta visivelmente. Liguei p agendar e meus horários nao batiam com o da profissional e eu com o cabelo parecendo que fiz em casa. Consegui depois de quase um mês e ela me disse UE era isso mesmo, que Qua do eu pintar de novo melhora.... Gastei 300$ em uma tinta de cabelo, meu presente de aniversário e o resultado foi frustrante e eles na fizeram nada p melhorar.
Pra ficar com esse resultado eu ia em um salão qualquer e pagaria bem menos ou fariam casa pq ficou muito ruim

I went on my birthday to change the look and left with a slightly lighter root. It took me almost 3 days to wash my hair and when I saw it I saw if the root was clearer EU the tip visibly. I called to schedule and my schedules didn't match the professional's and me with the hair looking like I did at home. I managed to do it after almost a month and she told me that it was right, that when I paint again it gets better .... I spent 300 $ on a hair dye, my birthday present and the result was frustrating and they did nothing p improve.
To stay with this result I would go to any salon and pay a lot less or they would do it home because it was very bad
Watch out!
