We went looking for an item that was not in the store but the person who answered us, I think Rafael, offered to look for the piece. Not an hour later he called us to return. He didn't find what we needed but he still made a point of calling us. Surely we need more places with calls like that. Congratulations and thank you

No entanto, as pessoas que me atenderam foram extremamente atenciosas e fizeram várias propostas para que eu encontrasse a solução do problema. Se prontificaram, seu desejasse, a tentar encontrar e encomendar a peça pela internet. Considero que fui muito bem atendido.
Due to a defect in my Air Fryer Philco, I went to the Wanderlar store. I didn't find the part I was looking for as they are not Philco's technical assistance.
However, the people who attended me were extremely attentive and made several proposals for me to find the solution to the problem. If they offered, if they wished, try to find and order the piece over the internet. I consider that I was very well attended.
