Sei que tem as prioridades mais o meu paciente era prioridade, pois é diabético, mais de 60 anos e quem chegou por último sendo atendido e fazem exatamente 3 horas que estou aqui, e ele vai ser atendido agora porque reclamei da demora. Porque não usam o sistema das senhas como em outras Clinicas e laboratórios fazem.
They say that the service is by order of arrival, but it doesn't work that way. I know that there are priorities, but my patient was a priority, as he is a diabetic, over 60 years old and who arrived last being treated and it has been exactly 3 hours since I have been here, and he will be seen now because I complained about the delay. Because they don't use the password system like other Clinics and laboratories do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica n tem responsabilidade cm os pacientes, fazem a gente vir para consulta chegando la os médicos nao estão! Eles nao pedem nem desculpas mandam voltar outro dia, sendo q muitos nem da cidade são no caso eu!
The clinic is not responsible for the patients, they make us come for an appointment, when the doctors are not there! They don't even apologize, they send back another day, since many aren't even from the city in my case!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam rever o atendimento dos médicos da unidade. Fui realizar a verificação de algumas pintas e a dermatologista não usou nem o instrumento para verificar as minhas pintas de perto. Voltarei a me consultar em JPA. O preço da consulta é bem salgado quando comparado a outros lugares e o atendimento é inferior.
They should review the care provided by the unit's doctors. I went to check on some moles and the dermatologist didn't even use the instrument to check my moles closely. I will consult again in JPA. The price of the consultation is quite steep when compared to other places and the service is inferior.
