Limparam não sei de que forma meu veículo e perderam a peça do volante que ativa o sistema SYNC do carro, nao respondem mensagem, não pagam o prejuízo e agora estou aqui com o carro sem conseguir nem anúnciar para vender! Limpei com eles exatamente para ter uma limpeza profissional e poder tirar boas fotos e mostrar o veiculo. A limpeza veio a desajar (nao retiraram nem os tapetes para aspirar embaixo) e pra variar faltando o botao do volante!! Revoltante! E como eles resolvem? me ofereceram uma lavagem gratis no valor de 50 reais (nao vale 20) e um prejuizo de 300 reais num peça que ELES PERDERAM!!! Fico pensando.. qu jeito é esse de limpar o carro , que rispidez é essa? Nunca essa peça saiu .. absurdo ter q lidar com esse tipo de empresa ate hj! NAO LEVEM LA! PREJUIZO NA CERTA.
DON'T LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE WITH THEM!!! Worst fast wash! They cleaned I don't know how my vehicle and lost the part of the steering wheel that activates the car's SYNC system, they don't respond to a message, they don't pay the damages and now I'm here with the car without being able to even advertise to sell! I cleaned with them just to have a professional cleaning and be able to take good pictures and show the vehicle. Cleaning came to blow (they didn't even remove the carpets to vacuum underneath) and for a change missing the steering wheel button!! Revolting! And how do they solve it? They offered me a free wash worth 50 reais (not 20) and a loss of 300 reais on a piece that THEY LOST!!! I keep thinking... what is this way of cleaning the car, what is this harshness? This piece never came out .. absurd to have to deal with this type of company until today! DON'T TAKE IT! I HARM IN THE CERTAINTY.
