Tanto na própria clínica, como por whatsapp ou por telefone.
Não consigo!!! Já fui na clínica tentando fazer procedimento e fui informado que só no mês seguinte por que estava abrindo campanha naquela semana e estão se dedicando para o mês seguinte, por whatsapp falam que vão dá o retorno e isso não acontecee por telefone pegam seu nome e não pegam o telefone e dizem que vão te retornar ( como não sei) Pensei que era só comigo, mas fui no Instagram e vi que isso acontece com várias pessoas. Não sei como funciona a prioridade para atendimento, só sei que deixa muito a desejar.

I can not!!! I've already been at the clinic trying to do the procedure and I was informed that only the following month because I was opening a campaign that week and they are dedicating themselves for the following month, through whatsapp they say they will give back and this does not happen and they take your name and not pick up the phone and say they'll get back to you (as I don't know) I thought it was just me, but I went on Instagram and saw that this happens to a lot of people. I don't know how the priority for service works, I just know that it leaves a lot to be desired.
