★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestidade acima de tudo. Fizeram teste do relógio e disseram que estava ok, sem necessidade de fazer revisão. Poderia fazer uma preventiva. Atendimento nota 1000.

I didn't know I needed to schedule time to change a clock battery, I waited 30 minutes, no answer. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supervisor Gabriel uma pessoa muito profissional, a atendente Nayara também, mas duas das atendentes não foram tão profissionais, chato vindo de uma empresa tão conceituada , atitude delas não condiz com a fama da empresa , inadmissível, deixei meu relógio swatch lá vou aguardar , se não fosse o gerente Gabriel iria entrar com um processo, daria 5 estrelas , vamos aguardar até o fim do processo !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São péssimos! Deixei meu relógio lá 5 meses atrás e até hoje não terminaram os serviços. Não cumprem os prazos combinados de entrega e não informam os clientes. Recomendo que pesquisem outros lugares.
They are terrible! I left my watch there 5 months ago and the services haven't finished yet. They do not meet the agreed delivery deadlines and do not inform customers. I recommend looking elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que era pra ser um simples polimento de 10 dias úteis, demorou 42 dias, não existe um retorno deles, o cliente tem que ficar ligando pra saber o andamento. O polimento ficou grosseiro, parece que fizeram rápido e de qualquer jeito para entregar logo o relógio. Prefiro encontrar outro local pra consertar o serviço mau feito do que perder mais tempo com esta assistência. É uma pena, pois eles são assistencia técnica de relógios de luxo, pensei que teriam a mesma qualidade com meu relógio.
What was supposed to be a simple 10 working days polishing process took 42 days, there is no response from them, the customer has to keep calling to know the progress. The polishing was rough, it seems they did it quickly and anyway to deliver the watch soon. I'd rather find another place to fix the bad service than waste more time with this assistance. It's a shame as they are a luxury watch service, I thought they would have the same quality with my watch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que me deixei influenciar pelo canal do YouTube que faz propaganda do lugar. Resolvi experimentar. Há de se fazer agendamento. Os caras estão num 3x4 da Pedroso de Morais mas se comportam como se estivessem na Av. des Citronniers… uma vez lá dentro o silêncio é sepulcral, todo mundo fala sussurrando… na hora que me sentei na frente de uma das 4 atendentes (que ficam bem apertadinhas entre elas devido a falta de espaço) quase comecei a me confessar… daí lembrei aonde estava, não era o confessionário, mas parecia. Os preços das baterias são do espaço sideral, 200 a 300 reais são figura comum dependendo da marca. Até achei que seriam de ouro, mas não eram. Com essa referência fico imaginando o custo de uma manutenção num automático… a atendente muito de narizinho empinado, soberba é seu nome e humildade riscada de seu dicionário. Se comporta como milionária que estivesse fazendo um favor a um cliente. As 18hs tenho certeza que avistaria a mesma num ponto de ônibus das proximidades, mas sabe como é, atrás do balcãozinho ela se sente a maioral, fala que o custo da bateria é de quase 300 reais como se fosse dinheiro de pinga… e ainda dá um sorrisinho sarcástico. Lugar pra não pisar nunca mais!
I think I let myself be influenced by the YouTube channel that advertises the place. I decided to try it. You have to make an appointment. The guys are in a 3x4 at Pedroso de Morais but behave as if they were on Av. des Citronniers… once inside the silence is sepulchral, everyone whispers… the moment I sat down in front of one of the 4 attendants (who are very cramped between them due to lack of space) I almost started to confess… then I remembered where it was, it wasn't the confessional, but it looked like it. Battery prices are from outer space, 200 to 300 reais are common figure depending on the brand. I even thought they would be gold, but they weren't. With this reference, I can imagine the cost of maintenance on an automatic… the attendant with a very high nose, pride is her name and humility crossed out of her dictionary. She behaves like a millionaire who is doing a customer a favor. At 18:00 I'm sure I'd see it at a nearby bus stop, but you know how it is, behind the little counter she feels like the biggest, says that the cost of the battery is almost 300 reais as if it were drip money… and it still gives a sarcastic smile. A place to never set foot again!
