★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma grande decepção! fui na sexta-feira(21/08) a escola me informar sobre os cursos para minhas filhas de 8 e 12 anos e saí de lá combinado de levar elas na aula de hoje (sábado).
Chegamos lá para fazer a matricula e fui informada que a de 8 anos não poderia fazer o curso de inglês, só se estivesse na 5° série...
Claro né a moça do dia anterior deve ter pensado que ela é um gênio, com 8 anos na quinta série.
Infelizmente falta preparo, atenção e boa comunicação, perdi tempo, me desloquei de longe e criei expectativas em duas crianças que saíram de lá frustradas.
NÃO ADIANTA OFERECER BOM PREÇO E NÃO OFERECER QUALIDADE DE SERVIÇO E BOM ATENDIMENTO!
A big disappointment! I went to the school on Friday (21/08) to inform me about the courses for my 8 and 12 year old daughters and I left there agreed to take them to class today (Saturday).
We arrived there to enroll and I was informed that the 8-year-old could not take the English course, only if she was in the 5th grade...
Of course, the girl from the day before must have thought she was a genius, eight years old in fifth grade.
Unfortunately, I lack preparation, attention and good communication, I wasted time, I traveled far and raised expectations in two children who left there frustrated.
IT DOESN'T USE TO OFFER GOOD PRICE AND NOT OFFER QUALITY OF SERVICE AND GOOD SERVICE!
