No início da tarde de hoje eu encomendei um produto para entrega domiciliar informando q ao final da tarde teria compromissos agendados e assim solicitando a vendedora um horário estimado para o recebimento do mesmo e me foi comunicado q a entrega do produto não teria horário preciso mas garantindo-me que com certeza não passaria de 1 hora de espera . Assim acreditando e confiando no q me foi dito encomendei, esperei por mais de 3 horas o produto chegar e nada recebi, inclusive adiei compromissos q eu tinha pois fiquei inutilmente a espera do produto e ainda sem sucesso no recebimento do mesmo. Liguei 2 x para a loja na qual falei com a funcionária Fran q se apresentou para mim como sendo a gerente assim como tambem com a vendedora que me atendeu, as mesmas tiveram comigo atendimento irônico e anti profissional me informando o completo oposto do q me foi dito no ato da encomenda do produto, ou seja q eu deveria esperar até às 22:00 por um motoboy terceirizado q elas desconhecem e que a empresa não possui o contato telefônico do mesmo para saber qual o rastreio do produto . Em resumo: a dita empresa , representada por suas funcionárias q atendem ao cliente, presta serviço de entrega enganoso em q demonstra claramente estar completamente despreparada para oferecer tal serviço , fazendo o cliente perder seu tempo de espera em vão.
I hereby inform my complete dissatisfaction and indignation with the company Way Suplementos de Piratininga Niterói - RJ. In the early afternoon of today I ordered a product for home delivery informing that at the end of the afternoon there would be scheduled appointments and thus asking the seller for an estimated time for receiving it and I was informed that the delivery of the product would not have a precise time but guaranteeing it I would certainly not spend more than 1 hour waiting. So believing and trusting what I was told I ordered, I waited for more than 3 hours for the product to arrive and I received nothing, including postponed appointments I had because I was uselessly waiting for the product and still without success in receiving it. I called 2 x to the store where I spoke with the employee Fran q introduced herself to me as being the manager as well as the salesperson who attended me, they had with me ironic and unprofessional service informing me of the complete opposite of what I was said at the time of ordering the product, that is, I should wait until 22:00 for an outsourced motorcycle courier that they are unaware of and that the company does not have the telephone contact of the same to know which product is being tracked. In summary: the said company, represented by its employees who serve the customer, provides a deceptive delivery service in which it clearly demonstrates that it is completely unprepared to offer such a service, making the customer lose his waiting time in vain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem bons produtos e preços razoáveis. O único problema são os funcionários te seguindo o tempo todo dentro da loja. Se eu tiver alguma dúvida, eu vou até o balcão e pergunto. Espero que tenham corrigido esse comportamento. Fica a sensação que estão vigiando para evitar roubos. O que passa a ser ofensivo a um cidadão de bem.
It has good products and reasonable prices. The only problem is the employees following you all the time inside the store. If I have any questions, I go to the counter and ask. I hope you have corrected this behavior. It feels like they are watching to prevent theft. Which is offensive to a good citizen.

About 2 weeks ago, I had it on the Way de Itaipu and I was very well attended. The staff are excellent, in addition to having a great variety of products with very affordable prices.
