★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei o motivo de alguém dar 5 estrelas para essa empresa, internet horrível, atendimento falho. Ping chega a 5000. As vezes a internet cai no sábado e fica o final de semana inteiro sem conexão, cheguei a ficar quase uma semana sem internet e nenhuma explicação da empresa. Mas experimenta atrasar 1 dia o pagamento para ver se não cortam. Tenho um histórico de conversa com a empresa de anos de enrolação e NUNCA teve um serviço descente.
I don't know why someone would give this company 5 stars, horrible internet, poor service. Ping reaches 5000. Sometimes the internet goes down on Saturday and the entire weekend goes off without a connection, I went on to spend almost a week without internet and no explanation from the company. But try to delay payment by 1 day to see if they don't cut. I have a history of talking to the company for years of dating and NEVER had decent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não é 24Hrs mas independente disso vc abre e em menos de 24hrs vc tem seu problema resolvido, 1 ano usando eles so deu problema 1 única vez, que foi o conector, ou seja nem for pela empresa, mas foi rápido, Merece as 5 estrelas pela excelência no serviço
The service is not 24Hrs but regardless you open and in less than 24hrs you have your problem solved, 1 year using them only gave problem 1 only time, it was the connector, or even by the company, but it was fast, deserves the 5 stars for service excellence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em pleno domingo sem net. Pior que não tem pra onde ligar para reclamar. Eles disseram que o problema era o roteador . Troquei e nada mudou. A net funciona praticamente um dia sim outro não. Já nem ligo mais para reclamar...nada muda.... pago em dia. Gostaria muito de poder usar normalmente.
Sei muito bem o horário de funcionamento. Porém qdo tem problema dia de domingo não tem ninguém pra resolver . Mais meu pagamento continua em dia. E sobre o roteador como vc me explica a internet funcionar um dia bem outro não?
In full Sunday without net. Worse, there is nowhere to call to complain. They said the problem was the router. I changed and nothing changed. The net works practically every other day. I don't even care to complain anymore ... nothing changes .... paid on time. I wish I could use it normally.
I know the opening hours very well. However when there is a problem on Sunday there is no one to solve. But my payment is still up to date. What about the router as you explain to me the internet works well one day not the other?
