★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo pra ninguém..O funcionário muito mal preparado e sem educação me vendeu um pneu por 100 reais meia vida, quando fui reparar estava com um furo voltei ao local e questionei afinal o furo era na imenda impossível de ser buraco
O responsável pelo local falou q ia me chamar no ZAP assim que chegasse algum disponível.
Três semana depois vi q ele não me chamou voltei ao local .Ele disse que não havia salvo meu contato enquanto ele pegava um pneu o funcionário dele me desrespeitou e disse que eu q rasguei o pneu então eu perguntei se ele tinha prova pra tal acusação ele começou a fala um monte então eu voltei pro carro e o responsável pelo local colocou um pneu 175/70 r 13 sendo q meu pneu era 165/70 r 13
Pelo descaso deles fui com esse mesmo afinal eles vendem um produto ruim te destrata isso é no mínimo humilhante . NÃO RECOMENDO PRA NINGUÉM E DEIXO A DICA PARA PREPARAREM MELHOR OS FUNCIONÁRIOS EDUCAÇÃO É O BASICO
I don't recommend it to anyone. The very poorly prepared and uneducated employee sold me a tire for 100 reais for half a life, when I went to repair it I had a puncture I returned to the site and questioned after all the puncture was impossible to be a hole
The person in charge of the place said that he was going to call me at ZAP as soon as some available arrived.
Three weeks later I saw that he didn't call me I came back to the scene. He said he had not saved my contact while he took a tire his employee disrespected me and said that I tore the tire so I asked if he had proof for such an accusation. he started talking a lot so I went back to the car and the person in charge of the place put a 175/70 r 13 tire where my tire was 165/70 r 13
Because of their negligence I went with this one, after all, they sell a bad product. It mistreats you, that's at least humiliating. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE AND I LEAVE THE TIP TO BETTER PREPARE EMPLOYEES EDUCATION IS THE BASICS
