★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei depois do horário, me cobraram um extra por isso, mas valeu cada centavo. As manicures capricharam nas minhas mãos e pés. Fazia muito tempo que não saia satisfeita de um salão para fazer as unhas, quando voltar quero fazer meus cabelos pois, me passaram confiança.
 I arrived after hours, they charged me extra for it, but it was worth every penny. The manicurists worked on my hands and feet. It was a long time since I left the salon satisfied to do my nails, when I return I want to do my hair because, they gave me confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer luzes ( meu cabelo estava virgem )pedi morena iluminada, sai de lá com meu cabelo quase loiro, e totalmente manchado, voltei para arrumar, e depois de 3 lavadas ficou mais manchado ainda, infelizmente tive que tingir meu cabelo, nunca mais !
I went to make lights (my hair was virgin) I asked for a lit brunette, I left there with my hair almost blond, and totally stained, I came back to fix it, and after 3 washes it was even more stained, unfortunately I had to dye my hair, never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu contratei a WeCut para o meu casamento na Ilhabela. Sem brincadeira, a Leticia é a cabeleireira mais talentosa que já vi trabalhar na minha vida (e olha que eu moro em Nova Iorque). Obrigada por tudo. Fazer cabelo de noiva sem teste é arriscado mas nas mãos dela não tem erro. Ela fez um trabalho maravilhoso, tanto em mim quanto nas madrinhas, algumas das quais tinham cabelos que nem todos cabelereiros sabem mexer. Eu nunca amei tanto cada penteado!
A Sabrina, que fez minha maquiagem, cuidou de mim e das madrinhas com todo o carinho e atenção. Ela escutou as preferências de cada uma(em INGLÊS) e fez makes maravilhosos e indestrutíveis. Minha maquiagem terminou intacta e olha que eu chorei de alegria a noite inteira!!
I hired WeCut for my wedding in Ilhabela. No kidding, Leticia is the most talented hairdresser I've ever seen working in my life (and look, I live in New York). Thanks for everything. Doing bridal hair without testing is risky but in her hands there is no mistake. She did a wonderful job on both me and her bridesmaids, some of whom had hair that not all hairdressers can handle. I have never loved every hairstyle so much!
Sabrina, who did my makeup, took care of me and the bridesmaids with all the affection and attention. She listened to each other's preferences and made wonderful and indestructible makes. My makeup ended intact and look I cried with joy all night !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só vim aqui porque me senti profundamente chateada com o meu cabelo e a autoestima foi lá no chão :( fiz morena iluminada, assegurada pelo profissional de que não iria "destruí-lo", ele quebrou todo, esfarelou nas pontas e ressecou.
Hidratação, nutrição ou reconstrução alguma resolveu e pelo preço pago... as expectativas eram altas

Hydration, nutrition or reconstruction didn't do it and for the price paid... expectations were high

Que pena super indico o salão que fica no shopping ardhentia, lá sim você é RESPEITADO e super BEM TRATADO !!!!
TERRIBLE service from the Japanese who I believe is the receptionist, but the japa has been there for a long time and is extremely rude and TOTALLY lack of EDUCATION !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única coisa que gostei foi do penteado que o profissional fez em mim!!! De resto a maquiagem ODIEi, péssimo trabalho!!! Sem contar que eu sai do salão as 15h20, e tive que chegar em casa e tirar tudo sendo que o casamento era as 16h eu era madrinha e cheguei mega atrasada! Pedi pra profissional uma pele boa é um olho bem simples pois não gosto de nada pesado! Ainda pedi pra ela hidratar bem a minha pele pois eu sofro com acne, ela não hidratou a minha pele, já passou por cima a maquiagem, nem um ILUMINADOR ELA PASSOU! Fez tudo por conta própria, nem perguntou que cor eu queria pra iluminar o meu olho, falei que queria um deliniado ela fez um deliniado tudo torto gatinho isso pra um casamento as 16h da tarde!!! Ahhhhh e outra coisa o batom que ela passou na minha boca, ela não passou com pincel não viu foi diretamente do batom, quantas clientes será que ela passou aquele batom no dia? E os cuidados sobre COVID não tem?
Não indico esse salão pra maquiagem péssimo!!!! Ainda encaminhei um áudio pra falar da situação eles cagaram pra mim, não fizeram nem questão de me pedir desculpas, péssimo!!! Péssimo!!! Horrível!!! Não caiam na pegadinha de ir a esse salão fazer make vcs irão sair de lá horrível!!!
The only thing I liked was the hairstyle that the professional did on me!!! Otherwise the makeup I HATED, terrible job!!! Not to mention that I left the salon at 3:20 pm, and I had to get home and take everything out since the wedding was at 4 pm I was godmother and I arrived super late! I asked a professional for a good skin and a very simple eye because I don't like anything heavy! I even asked her to moisturize my skin well because I suffer from acne, she didn't moisturize my skin, she already went over the makeup, she didn't even use a LIGHTER! She did it all on her own, she didn't even ask what color I wanted to light up my eye, I said I wanted an eyeliner she did an eyeliner all crooked kitten this for a wedding at 16 pm!!! Ahhhhh and another thing, the lipstick she applied on my mouth, she didn't apply it with a brush, she didn't see it directly from the lipstick, how many clients did she apply that lipstick on the day? And don't you have COVID care?
I do not recommend this salon for bad makeup!!!! I even sent an audio to talk about the situation they shit on me, they didn't even make a point of apologizing, terrible!!! Terrible!!! Horrible!!! Don't fall for the prank of going to this salon to do make up, you will come out of there horrible!!!
