Dois dias após ter comprado os livros, recebi um email informando que receberia uma parte dos livros no final de janeiro. Mas quando eu comprei não me informaram isso.
No dia 20/01 não recebi os livros.
Entrei em contato e me informaram que estava errado, que só seria entregue no final de janeiro.
Informei que estaria viajando e não teria ninguém para receber, e mesmo assim eu comprei para ser entregue no dia 20. Eu não aceito ser no dia que vocês querem. Eu ja paguei, já foi descontado do meu cartão.
Me passaram para o suporte avançado ,ninguém entrou em contato comigo, entrei em contato pelo número que recebi no e-mail, que é SOMOS EDUCAÇÃO, eles informam que não é com eles. Que eles são apenas a editora.
Eu ligo n central do livro fácil, espero mais de 20 minutos e quando atende desligam na maior cara de pau.
Isso é uma falta de respeito com o consumidor.
Eu vou no Procon , vou processar vocês.
I bought the books from my son on 13/01, and received an email stating that it would be delivered on 20/01.
