★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei comprei no dia 01 de setembro um cabo auxiliar de somno caso o mesmo se encontrava com defeito e não foi testado na hora hoje dia 2 de setembro vim trazelo para efetuar uma troca e substituição do produto porém eles iniciaram uma sequência de testes em um cabo auxiliar de r$ 7, 00
Até aí eu entendo que há uma necessidade mas devido A demora tentei argumentar se não poderiam ser um pouco mais rápido pois eu estava atrasado para um compromisso na mesma hora um outro atendente que estava causando muita burocracia para troca deste produto bem ríspido e áspero pela maneira que se dirigiu a mim me disse se eu não testar não tem como trocar como eu disse poderia testar por entender se o lado do cliente até porque fui muito educado com eles desde o início ao fim e gravei tudo que aconteceu lá dentro como prova do mau atendimento deles e da minha educação com mesmos devido a toda essa turbulência preferir deixar o produto e sair no prejuízo pois não tive o produto trocado e não tive o meu valor devolvido
E deixo avisa não compra um produto deles sem ser testado e achando que você vai conseguir ter a devolução ou troca por um outro não estando danificado e se tentar aumentar qualquer coisa ter alguém lá de prontidão para ser ríspido grosseiro com vocês
