★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu Notebook pro cara consertar, ele queria colocar uma placa de memória inferior a que eu tinha (8 giga por 4 giga) e me cobrar o preço de mercado de uma placa de 8. Por ser leigo, quase aceitei. Porém fui atrás de outra opinião e percebi a má fé. Quando recusei o conserto, ele ao fechar o notebook expanou os parafusos e danificou o touch do cursor do mouse, e não devolveu o conector USB do mouse.
Nunca mais conserto na Webcyber.
Não recomendo!
I took my Notebook to the guy to fix it, he wanted to put a smaller memory card than I had (8 giga by 4 gig) and charge me the market price for an 8 gig card. As a layman, I almost accepted. But I went after another opinion and realized the bad faith. When I refused the repair, he closed the notebook, expanded the screws and damaged the mouse cursor touch, and did not return the mouse's USB connector.
I never fix it on Webcyber again.
I do not recommend!

Foi realizada a troca e instalação do Windows, além de outros aplicativos como Antivírus e Pacote Office. No final ainda levei meu HD antigo como um HD externo, o case foi colocado na hora e foi feita a formatação rapidamente. Nota 10.
Além disso, a loja dispõe de vários equipamentos e acessórios, então recomendo que se precisar de algum serviço, compre de lá pra obter a garantia da loja ;)
Fast and excellent service at a very fair price! I had to replace my notebook memory with an SSD (outsourced) and it only took a day. Windows was replaced and installed, as well as other applications such as Antivirus and Office Package. In the end I still took my old hard drive as an external hard drive, the case was put on right away and the formatting was done quickly. Grade 10.
In addition, the store has several equipment and accessories, so I recommend that if you need any service, buy from there to get the store warranty ;)
