Não façam negocio com eles, cancelam a sua compra, ai falam que enviaram o cancelamento para o cartão de credito, o cartão de credito diz que a data de cancelamento está errada e não pode acatar, e eles simplesmente dizem que não podem fazer nada.

Do not do business with them, cancel your purchase, then they say they sent the cancellation to the credit card, the credit card says that the cancellation date is wrong and cannot be accepted, and they simply say that they cannot do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quero que o crédito do meu cartão seja estornado imediatamente, vocês descontaram imediatamente o valor de quase 700 reais do meu cartão dos débitos do meu veículo entro na conta que criei no web despachante e consta que está pendente a transação e os débitos continuam constando no site da secretaria da fazenda e no detran, eu quero o meu dinheiro de volta, tentei ligar inúmeras vezes só fica tocando musiquinha e ninguém atende o whatsapp é a máquina que fica respondendo e não chega a conclusão nenhuma, eu quero o meu dinheiro de volta se soubesse que teria essa dor de cabeça que iria passar uma noite tribulosa como essa de preocupação e passaria esse nervoso nunca teria utilizado o site de vocês, nunca mais cometo esse erro não recomendo esses serviços pra ninguém

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em dezembro de 2019 paguei o documento do meu veículo pela Web Despachantes e ocorreu tudo certo, no ano de 2020 novamente em dezembro paguei com eles achando que a empresa estava trabalhando com respeito aos clientes mas tive uma experiência horrível, aparentemente a empresa sofreu uma mudança muito drástica e negativa. Paguei em 3x no cartão de crédito e apareceu na fatura imediatamente, no site (muito mal programado por sinal devido aos erros apresentados) a situação de " pendente " não atualizava, quando finalmente consegui entrar em outra aba do site por outro link que encontrei no google a situação estava como " finalizada ", consultei no site do ministério da fazenda e realmente os débitos foram quitados. Agora fazem quase 30 dias após o pagamento e nada deles enviarem o documento físico do veículo pro meu endereço.

*Whatsapp Pinpag é um robô ineficiente
*Site com diversos erros e poucos detalhes sobre o processo
*Demoram demais pra enviar o documento pro endereço
In December 2019 I paid my vehicle document through Web Dispatchers and everything went well, in 2020 again in December I paid with them thinking that the company was working with respect to customers but I had a horrible experience, apparently the company underwent a change very drastic and negative. I paid in 3x on the credit card and it appeared on the invoice immediately, on the website (very badly programmed due to the errors presented) the situation of "pending" did not update, when I finally managed to enter another tab of the website by another link I found on google the situation was "finalized", I consulted on the website of the Ministry of Finance and the debts were actually paid off. Now it's almost 30 days after payment and none of them send the vehicle's physical document to my address.
* Company phone number does not exist
* Whatsapp Pinpag is an inefficient robot
* Website with several errors and few details about the process
* It takes too long to send the document to the address
