★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero expor minha insatisfação quanto ao serviço prestado: fornecedor mal humorado, indicou que deveriam ser trocadas peças e colocou vários impedimentos para a compra, então, fui comprar no mercado automotivo as mesmas peças, e custou muito menos do preço que o empregado da empresa queria me vender. Então, retornei para realização do serviço no dia agendado, com as peças já colocadas, pois procurei outra oficina devido ao mal atendimento, assim chegando ao local Welcar, fui recebida com falta de profissionalismo e indiferença pelo servidor Fernando. Jamais irei a este local e muito menos irei indicar para alguém. sugiro ao groupon es, faça uma avaliação em seus fornecedores para que outras pessoas não caiam nestas armadilhas. me senti um lixo, como se quem comprassem neste site não merecesse atenção de um cliente comum.

I will never go to this place, let alone tell someone. I suggest to the group, make an assessment on your suppliers so that other people do not fall into these pitfalls. I felt like crap, as if anyone buying on this site did not deserve the attention of an ordinary customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço proposto foi razoável, porém meu carro voltou com um defeito no painel. Ao relatar o problema, eles disseram que não tinham mexido na área com defeito. Entretanto, ao fazer o orçamento me foi informado que iriam ter que remover o painel para fazer a higienização do ar, inclusive fui cobrado a mais por essa característica do meu carro (fiesta rocan).
Resultado: tive que pagar mais 200 reais para consertar um defeito que eles causaram.
Além disso o atendimento é péssimo, as duas vezes que fui até o local fiquei esperando mais de 15m para o atendente descer do escritório para me atender. Na segunda vez, por saberem que eu iria relatar o problema, fingiram que não me viram por diversas vezes e eu tive que ir dentro da oficina chamar alguém para me atender.
Péssima experiência. Nunca mais utilizarei este serviço.
The proposed service was reasonable, but my car returned with a defect in the dashboard. When reporting the problem, they said they had not touched the defective area. However, when making the budget I was informed that they would have to remove the panel to clean the air, I was even charged more for this feature of my car (fiesta rocan).
Result: I had to pay another 200 reais to fix a defect that they caused.
In addition the service is terrible, the two times I went to the place I was waiting more than 15m for the attendant to come down from the office to answer me. The second time, because they knew I was going to report the problem, they pretended that they had not seen me several times and I had to go inside the workshop to call someone to assist me.
Bad experience. I will never use this service again.
