★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro dia pelo Gympass. Fui muito bem tratado, assim como minha esposa também, desde o check-in na recepção, passando pelo encaminhamento até o personal training. Aparelhos bons, disponíveis borrifadores e papéis toalha para higienizar os aparelhos.
First day at Gympass. I was treated very well, as was my wife, from check-in at the front desk, through referral to personal training. Good appliances, sprinklers and paper towels are available to sanitize the appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria vim falar sobre minha total insatisfação com a academia well, entrei em uma unidade no rio vermelho paguei plano anual da minha esposa e o meu, depois de algum tempo resolvi fazer o cancelamento do nossos plano, e estou tendo maior problema. Fiz q solicitação 10/09, e ainda não conseguir cancelar além de ainda continuar cobrando os valores no meu cartão. Ligo para academia eles não atendem ficam on-line e não atendem fui lá 4 vezes, a GERENTE Natália Barreto não resolve nada.
CONSELHO para quem vai entrar nessa academia para treinar. NÃO ENTRE POIS NA HORA DE SAIR É MAIOR DOR DE CABECA
I wanted to come talk about my total dissatisfaction with the gym well, I entered a unit on the red river, paid my wife's and mine's annual plan, after some time I decided to cancel our plan, and I'm having bigger problems. I made the request 10/09, and I still can't cancel, and I still charge the amounts on my card. I call the gym, they don't answer, they are online and they don't answer. I went there 4 times, MANAGER Natália Barreto didn't solve anything.
ADVICE for those who are going to join this gym to train. DON'T GET IN THE TIME TO EXIT IT'S GREATER HEAD PAIN

Na primeira sema peguei uma micose nos pés no banheiro, que não fiquei bom até hoje. Já gastei uma grana com consulta e remédios.
Faz três meses que enviei a solicitação de cancelamento sem sucesso, nem retornam para dar um parecer.

Equipamentos antigos e com frequência de problemas.
Mas o pior para min é a questão da música.
Colocam música em vume muito alto. E músicas com palavrão.
Pedi para mudar a atendente atendeu, mas em 20 segundos voltou a tocar a música com palavrão.
Eu não volto mais.

Para ser 5 estrelas precisa aumentar a quantidade de aulas no período da manhã, oferecendo opção pelo menos no horário das 8:00 hs. Gostaria de fazer as aulas, porém se torna inviável para mim comparecer às 06:00, 07:00 da manhã, únicos horários em que há oferta de aulas.
Overall, the gym is good and meets expectations. To be 5 stars, you need to increase the number of classes in the morning, offering an option at least at 8:00 am. I would like to take classes, but it is impossible for me to attend at 06:00 or 07:00 in the morning, the only times when classes are offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia tem um grande potencial. Porem abre as 06 horas da manha! Isso para quem trabalha em horaŕio Administrativo é pessimo. Pois fica muito curto tempo para treinar!
Isso quando a pessoa responsavel pela chave atrasa ou esquece as chaves em casa.....
A chave poderia ficar nas maos de todos professores.
Assim nao correria risco de ficarmos parados em frente a academia, correndo risco de ser assaltado.aguardando a gerente enviar a chave pelo Uber!
Gym has great potential. But it opens at 6 am! This for those who work in Administrative hours is very bad. It's too short time to train!
That's when the person responsible for the key is late or forgets the keys at home.....
The key could be in the hands of all teachers.
That way we wouldn't run the risk of being stopped in front of the gym, running the risk of being robbed.waiting for the manager to send the key via Uber!
