★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Comprei uma bicicleta que o vendedor me informou que no outro dia estaria montada que me ligava para eu ir pegar. Já se passaram 03 dias e nem me ligam para dar satisfação. Eu ligo e ficam dizendo que vão conferir e me dão retorno. Não tem nenhum zelo pelo cliente. Detalhe: a bicicleta foi paga e a vista!
Poor service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só dou uma estrela porque não possível avaliar com nenhuma. Levei minha bicicleta p fazer uma revisão e deram o prazo de 1 dia p devolver. Não fizeram o serviço, tampouco deram retorno. Só fiquei sabendo que a bicicleta não ficou pronta porque eu entrei em contato. Pediram novo prazo e eu permiti, porém mais uma vez não foi cumprido. Ou seja, depois dessa situação toda resta claro que essa empresa não preza pelo compromisso com o cliente. Me arrependo de não ter olhando as avaliações antes.
I only give it a star because I can't rate it with any. I took my bike to do a review and they gave me a period of 1 day to return it. They did not do the job, nor did they return. I only learned that the bicycle was not ready because I got in touch. They asked for a new deadline and I allowed it, but again it was not met. In other words, after all this situation, it is clear that this company does not value the commitment to the customer. I regret not looking at the reviews before.
