★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levamos nosso cachorrinho pra doar sangue, ele já havia doado outras 3 vezes e foi super de boa, inclusive na hora da doação eu estava com ele das vezes anteriores, fazendo carinho e estando presente pra acalma-lo. Apareceu um chamado e o levei pra doar. Comecei o procedimento do lado dele, depois fui convidada a me retirar para não "agitar" o animal.
A doação estava demorando e eu não fui olhar pra não assustar e ele não se mexer e correr o risco de perder a veia.
Quando terminou que fui tirar foto dele com a bolsa de sangue me foi avisado que ele havia sido sedado (SEM MEU CONSENTIMENTO, SEM MINHA AUTORIZAÇÃO, sem me informar absolutamente NADA!)
O efeito foi passando e ele estava bem agitado, tentando se levantar sem conseguir. Não tive ação de reclamar, pois tudo o que eu queria era ficar com ele até passar o efeito contrário da sedação.
Portanto, quem um dia pensar em levar seu animalzinho pra fazer essa boa ação de doar para outro: Não deixe ele sozinho com a equipe dessa clínica.
Acredito que a sedação foi consequência de um despreparo na hora da coleta, pois como havia dito no início, ele já doou 3 outras vezes em 3 lugares diferentes e nunca foi preciso isso, ainda mais sem minha permissão.

The donation was taking a long time and I didn't go to look so as not to scare him and he wouldn't move and run the risk of losing his vein.
When I finished taking a picture of him with the blood bag I was told that he had been sedated (WITHOUT MY CONSENT, WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, without informing me absolutely ANYTHING!)
The effect wore off and he was quite agitated, trying to get up without succeeding. I had no action to complain, as all I wanted was to stay with him until the opposite effect of the sedation wore off.
So, whoever thinks about taking your pet to do this good deed of donating to another one day: Don't leave him alone with the staff at this clinic.
I believe that sedation was a consequence of unpreparedness at the time of collection, because as I said at the beginning, he has already donated 3 other times in 3 different places and this was never necessary, especially without my permission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom petshop, bem localizado, funcionários cordiais, banho e tosa sao realizados em um ambiente de vidro caso alguém queira acompanhar. Preço intermediário. Sao poucas vagas de estacionamento em frente mas aos finais de semana fica bem tranquilo estacionar.
