★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um corte de cabelo e como fizeram escova, escondeu os defeitos e ele saiu com as pontas tortas. Voltei para ajeitar porém não gostei do novo corte com outra profissional, também ficou desigual. Obs.: Se forem escovar seu cabelo sem você ter pedido após o corte, principalmente curto, desconfie, porque é isso que vai disfarçar os defeitos do corte e ele pode estar bastante desigual.
 I had a haircut and as they brushed it, I hid the defects and it came out with crooked ends. I went back to fix it but I didn't like the new cut with another professional, it was also uneven. Note: If you are going to brush your hair without having asked for it after the cut, especially short, be suspicious, because this will disguise the defects of the cut and it can be quite uneven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você pede um corte e sai com algo totalmente diferente do que solicitou e não é informada se o corte é possível ou não, o profissional simplesmente não faz e vc precisa superar o corte absurdo ao qual acaba sendo sujeitada. Parece q o profissional não ouviu nada do q vc solicitou...
You ask for a cut and leave with something totally different from what you asked for and you are not informed if the cut is possible or not, the professional simply does not do it and you have to overcome the absurd cut to which you end up being subjected. Looks like the professional didn't hear anything you asked for...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência PÉSSIMA, nunca mais volto... paguei 457 reais para sair de lá com uma escova muito mal feita, o cabelo totalmente arrepiado e uma coloração até na testa e ouvidos... fiquei toda manchada...
Fui na garantia de serviço perfeito pq ia viajar e não queria ficar com a testa manchadas(coloração preta) e sai pior do que se estivesse pintado em casa... ODIEI!!!
Preços absurdamente caros para o nível de serviço prestado....
Dou 01 estrela pq não é permitido dar nenhuma mais a minha avaliação é ZEROO!
TERRIBLE experience, I'll never go back... I paid 457 reais to get out of there with a very poorly made brush, my hair was totally on edge and a coloring even on my forehead and ears... I was all stained...
I went for the perfect service guarantee because I was traveling and didn't want to have my forehead smeared (black color) and it came out worse than if I had painted it at home... I HATE IT!!!
Overpriced for the level of service provided....
I give 01 star because it is not allowed to give any more my rating is ZEROO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que fui 2021, paguei pé e mão, desisti de fazer a mão e falaram que não tinha como devolver, e ficou de crédito. Meses depois já em 2022, marquei novamente pé e mão e escova em um domingo as 14hs, cheguei lá, a manicure não foi e não tinha horário pra fazer com outra, detalhe tinha festa pra ir as 18hs, tive que correr atrás de outro lugar, achei no shopping carioca, pois lá consegui horário pra fazer tudo.
Bom pra reaver meu crédito, semanas depois marquei uma esmaltação e escova, a esmaltação ok, mas a escova... não gostei! Na hora de pagar, quase não me deram o crédito, pois não achava no caderno, queriam que eu falasse a data, a responsável não estava... Ah? Pensei que estava no sistema, pois foi isso que me falaram quando não puderam devolver, detalhe se não lembro do crédito não iriam me dar.
Enfim, péssimas experiências.

Months later, in 2022, I booked foot and hand and brush again on a Sunday at 2 pm, I got there, the manicure didn't come and I didn't have time to do it with another one, detail there was a party to go to 18 pm, I had to run elsewhere , I found it in the mall in Rio, because there I found time to do everything.
Good to get my credit back, weeks later I scheduled a nail polish and brush, the nail polish was ok, but the brush... I didn't like it! When it was time to pay, they almost didn't give me the credit, because I couldn't find it in the notebook, they wanted me to say the date, the person in charge wasn't... Ah? I thought it was in the system, because that's what they told me when they couldn't return it, detail if I don't remember the credit they wouldn't give me.
All in all, bad experiences.
