★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao salão poucas vezes ao longo de 2 anos. Não recomendo. Troquei de profissionais e nenhum condiz com o nome do salão e com o preço cobrado. Nunca fiquei 100% satisfeito, mas hoje resolvi comentar. Quem me atendeu era muito inseguro, tremia cortando meu cabelo, demorou muito no corte e fedia a cigarro. Percebi que ele não sabia muito bem o que fazer e obviamente o resultado não foi o esperado. Não reclamei na hora com medo de ele piorar a situação.
 I went to the salon a few times over the course of 2 years. I do not recommend. I changed professionals and none match the name of the salon and the price charged. I was never 100% satisfied, but today I decided to comment. Whoever attended me was very insecure, trembling while cutting my hair, taking too long to cut and stinking of cigarettes. I realized that he didn't quite know what to do and obviously the result was not what was expected. I didn't complain at the time for fear that he would make things worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei demais do atendimento. A Cris é muito atenciosa e excelente profissional. Meu cabelo estava uma farofa e ela conseguiu fazer milagre e cortou também muito bem. Só não dou 5* por causa do preço, em tempos de crise poderia ser mais competitivo.
I really enjoyed the service. Cris is very attentive and an excellent professional. My hair was a mess and she managed to make a miracle and cut it very well. I just don't give 5 * because of the price, in times of crisis it could be more competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer a unha do pé e ficou horrível, mal feita, acho que se eu fosse em um salão de bairro, pequeno ficaria mil vezes melhor. Absurdo..um salão desse caro e um serviço sem qualidade.
I went to do my toenail and it was horrible, badly done, I think if I went to a neighborhood salon, small would be a thousand times better. Absurd..a salon that expensive and a service without quality.

Liguei antes perguntando o valor de uma escova. O valor passado foi de R$ 66,00. Ao finalizar o serviço alterou o valor para 93,00.
Se o valor depende do tamanho do cabelo pede a cliente para enviar foto antes.

I called before asking the value of a brush. The amount passed was R$66.00. At the end of the service, the value was changed to 93.00.
If the value depends on the hair size, ask the client to send a photo beforehand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today with a friend to cut and colour our hair. They cut it a few centimeters and colored it. So far so good. When we entered, my friend asked in portuguese how much it would cost. They told us it would be 240 reals. We thought that's fine. After spending 6 hours (!!!!!) in there, they charged me 733 and my friend 540 reals with the explanation that my color (blond ombre) is different and that she needed 2 packs of color. They even charged us for a treatment we didn't even want. We're happy with the result but the way they handled the things in the end was really disappointing. We would NEVER go back.
