★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bicicleta Veloster veio com problema na fixação, folga, do pack da bateria. Qualquer desnível na rua causava batidas violentas do pack no quadro, parecia que estava desmontando tudo. Esperava que mandassem de volta pro fabricante e substituíssem o produto com defeito de fábrica como uma empresa seria faria. No entanto, não quiz voltar pela terceira vez e me desgastar de novo além de não ter tempo pra ficar voltam na loja tantas vezes em menos de seis meses de uso da bike. Agora apareceu outro defeito, parei a bike funcionando perfeitamente. Fui ligar e não acende nem o painel, carregador está indicando bateria completa. Avaliação da soja sobre o problema: condenaram uma bateria de menos de 6 meses de uso e disseram pra comprar outra de R$1.600,00. Só Jesus!.. bicicleta muito útil mas dá defeito rápido além de vir com problema de fábrica. Produto frágil e cheio de problema. Não comprem essa Veloster.
Veloster bike came with a problem with the fixing, clearance, of the battery pack. Any unevenness in the street would cause the pack to crash violently on the frame, it felt like it was dismantling everything. I expected them to send it back to the manufacturer and replace the factory defect like a company would do. However, I didn't want to go back for the third time and wear myself out again and I didn't have time to stay. They come back to the store so many times in less than six months of using the bike. Now another defect appeared, I stopped the bike working perfectly. I went to turn on and the panel does not light up, charger is indicating full battery. Soy evaluation on the problem: they condemned a battery of less than 6 months of use and told to buy another one for R$1,600.00. Only Jesus!.. Very useful bike but it gives a quick defect in addition to coming with a factory problem. Fragile and full of problems. Do not buy this Veloster.
