★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro pra lavar e colocaram algum produto que desgastou a tinta. Quando fui reclamar vieram jogar a culpa em cima de mim. Fiquei revoltada! Prejuízo de mais de 300,00.
I took my car to wash and put some product that used the paint. When I went to complain they came to lay the blame on me. I was disgusted! Loss of more than 300.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sempre preferi essa loja mesmo pagando pela montagem dos pneus. Minha última experiencia foi ruim. Fiz um serviço de 376,00, tudo que disseram pra fazer eu fiz, e o carro ficou instável. Voltei 15 dias depois (moro em Guaraí-TO) e eles disseram que estava tudo bem mesmo o carro continuando instável; finalmente fui à PLANETA RODAS, na 75, e O PARAFUSO DA BUCHA DA BALANÇA havia ficado solto. consegui falar com a responsável que prometeu restituir os gastos. Se for feito direto aqui. E restituiu
I always preferred this store even paying for the tire assembly. My last experience was bad. I did a service of 376.00, everything they said to do I did, and the car was unstable. I came back 15 days later (I live in Guaraí-TO) and they said everything was fine even though the car was still unstable; I finally went to PLANETTA RODAS, at 75, and the SCREWBUCK SCREW had been loosened. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento feito pelos donos é até bom, só que os mecânicos são péssimos. Uma vez troquei o rolamento e meu carro apareceu outro problema no disco e no ABS. Daí outra vez meu carro deu problema no motor deixei parado e levei um mecânico da West pneus até onde ele estava daí o mecânico não me falou nada, só pediu pra ligar o carro, olhou e depois disse que ia levar ( ele dirigindo)o carro funcionando mesmo, chegando até a West pneus ele olhou o carro mais um pouco e disse q ia ter q levar pra outra oficina de Palmas de guincho porque tinha estragado motor, sendo q ele havia levado o carro dirigindo e mesmo eu tendo questionado se não poderia estragar ainda mais o motor do veículo.
F..... péssimo mecânico .
Não indico a West pneus para ninguém!
Service provided by the owners is even good, but the mechanics are terrible. Once I changed the bearing and my car showed another problem with the disc and ABS. Then again, my car had an engine problem, I stopped it and took a West tires mechanic to where he was then the mechanic didn't tell me anything, he just asked to start the car, looked and then said he was going to take (the car driving) working really, arriving at West tires he looked at the car some more and said he was going to have to take it to another workshop in Palmas de tow truck because it had damaged the engine, and he had taken the car driving and even though I asked if I couldn't further damage the vehicle's engine.
F ..... lousy mechanic.
I don't recommend West tires to anyone!
