A faxineira do nosso prédio foi trocada 3 vezes nos últimos meses (sem nenhum aviso prévio, ou seja, pessoas diferentes com nossas chaves), nunca cumprem horário e sempre preciso ligar no escritório para ter notícias. Para ser feita a jardinagem é uma dificuldade enorme de agendamento, sendo que muitas vezes marcam e nem aparecem. O preço pode até estar razoável, mas creio que falta mais profissionalismo de todos! Não sei como a nota está tão alta, devem ser varios perfis falsos ou de conhecidos que avaliaram para ganharem respaldo. Muito a melhorar
I have been a client for 3 years and we are not at all satisfied with our condo. Staff without commitment and service leaves a lot to be desired. The cleaner in our building has been changed 3 times in the last months (without any previous notice, ie different people with our keys), they never meet the timetable and I always have to call the office to get news. To be done gardening is an enormous difficulty of scheduling, and they often mark or appear. The price may even be reasonable, but I think it lacks more professionalism! I do not know how high the score is, there must be several false profiles or acquaintances who have evaluated to gain support. Much to improve
